This kid is going to be great as I remember it Joe got his start at around 12 and was a prodigy at a young age so I can only see the same for ypung Tman
This really shows that Joe Bonamassa is just pure class in both his playing and his heart. T-Man will be right up there one of these days the Kid rocks and has the soul of a Blues man.
@TheFlyers09 Dude, do you think the previous generations didn't listen to stupid shit? "Top of the pops", "mtv", same old shit. Hindsight is always 20/20, and human stupidity has always been present, but so has human talent. The people who aren't idiots will never settle for idiocy, don't be such a downer on people. And btw, you too were once part of the "youth", and I'm sure there's plenty of great music you were too thick to appreciate as well.
lmao, dude, Joe Bonamassa came up the same way, he played a show with BB King when he was 12 or something, don't diss. This kid's not just memorizing shit like other child prodigies, he actually FEELS the music, and the younger you feel it the more you'll grow into it, most people it takes YEARS to actually feel it like these players
i dont get when people say there not into the pentatonic thing. most great rock and blues solos are based on the Pentantonic scale. the great players such as Page and gilmour take those 5 notes and make magic. its awesome.
i agree that he is good for his age but he is way over rated and as he gets older he will be one in a million. joe B is one of the best in the world and he is jus beginning to get recognized.
Let's not forget he's playing through Joe Bonamassa's rig. And that equals GREAT TONE!! :-) He's still ok. Not so much for the whole pentatonic thing :-)
@ladebak1 Not really :-) Like I said, he's okay for his age - not great, not overexcited about it. But he IS playing through Bonamassa's rig, hence the tone.
The guy played for a lot of years, he should have passed the pentaton by now.
@Blackoutwalkin .....and sadly there will be no one to buy those albums, because the youth have no music education and settle for the machine and computerized creations that "artists" like usher, timberlake and ke$ha throw out there. it's all nonsense they're listening to.
@TheAllmanBrother I agree , although he is good he also still has too grow . with that said i sure in time this kid will become more profitiant then some of the best studio players out there.
@TheAllmanBrother he's been around a lot of people, they most likely decided he could handle a full size, his hands will if any, grow little more in size, but i hear you, maybe when he was younger, that would have been a better way to go.
Wow, brings a warm feeling to your heart that Joe can bring these kids forward. And to know that the future of the blues in in safe hands is awesome. T-Man could be the future :>

LOL at those who think he's over-rated. He's got so much soul in his playing and very solid technique.

If he we're to get a 3/4 guitar, or even have one custom made, he would be much more comfortable playing and play much better.
