. In Minnesota we have better plans in place for flooding rivers than New Orleans and that dumb ass mayor had for disaster. My uncle who was on the Army Corp of Engineers told me that of the ten billion our federal government gave New Orleans for Levies only about 15% ever was spent on levies. They were under funded by local government and Bush took all the blame like a man.. Unlike Obama who can't take the blame for anything even if it is his fault..

The Idiots in New Orleans went and elected the same incompetant "chocolate" mayor for which was the same one that was in charge of any rescue and contingency plans before, during, and after the storm. But of course chocolates can't blame another chocolate so they blame the white President who does'nt even control their state or the city of New Orleans.
