@EradicationStation Not really a large terran army can tear one up. Tank, Marauders, Marines. Continous fire. Sorta make me think thor is too big. Siege tanks seem more mobile then before. I just wonder what the Protoss response is Immortals? And whats the mirror response? Roaches? Moar Zerglings?

@frostyKB and that's not even possible for 2/3 races. For zerg, however possible, it is highly unlikely that you will have an army larger than 255 because that many zerglings is never a good idea. That many is easily countered. But yes, 255, not unlimited.

I mean The more base you have the more defense you need im right ? and you can only make the equivalent of 200 units =S and there is no automatic ground turrets in starcraft =S

@christivie12 as for defence you already can pump out units faster so its less of a problem. and you can refill your army faster when parts of it die.

You shouldnt be allowed to watch this, there is no MACRO in RTS, in RTS u have to do thing urself, its only 123456789, and the command for units buildings etc and the power of the mouse.

You have to select a group of units, and then hold CTRL and then press a number. Now, if you press that number again, you can select those units. This way, you can move a lot of units quickly across the map by pressing each number its faster than selecting the units with the mouse again and again and also people who are very skilled usually do this i dont haha

well that is the only way to move a lot of units at the same time. i just select with my mouse and send them 12 at a time, its slower but hey i dont think that there is much of a difference

Does anyone else think the Zerg seems a little weak though? The guy didn't really show to many new units. I know they are prob still adjusting zerg units but still. Where's the Banglings for all those marines

@chefboyrdee1 yeah the zerg's strong point is in the high tier units (for example ultralisks especially when you get 4 a time with the queens spawn larve and brood lords who shoot units as a distraction and keep shooting em)

Anyway... what was up with the Zerg player? He wasn't necessarily playing BADLY. If he'd been for example, Protoss, he would have done well. But he wasn't; he was Zerg. He wasn't playing like a Zerg though, most of the times where he ended up losing it was because he didn't mass up big enough forces and didn't support any of his troops... he was doing good with the Ultra's but in the end what was the point in just sending out two by themselves against an army of marines and tanks?
