Hebrews 1:10-12 is a direct reference to Psalm 102, a psalm about Jehovah God being the eternal creator. In fact the NWT was not consistent in the Hebrews 1:10 passage with it's rule to apply the Divine name when a NT writer cites an Old Testament text referring to Jehovah and uses the word Kurios.
Since John 1:3 says that not one THING was made without the Word making it, how do you reconcile that with your belief that the Word was made by the Father? There are ONLY two categories of THINGS. You are very right. The scriptures teach that Jesus is the Son of God Jehovah and not god. And not to be mean, but most of the people who say that Jesus is god, they always come out just with John 1:1 and they don't know or they don't want to really understand the scriptures, because the scriptures explain 100% that Jesus is God Jehovah's Son.

You say that Jesus was fully God but when I show you that Jesus said in John 14:28 that the Father was greater then he was you jump and say "Oh thats his human nature". You say that Jesus is 100% God and Man, not one or the other. It would be inconsistent for Jesus to say that the Father was greater if he himself was man but at the same time "FULLY God".

Habakkuk 1:12 in my King James Bible does not say that. It says "we" shall not die. Also, when Jesus died, He did go to "Sheol" which is the abode of the dead.
Many other translation says that God does not die. And Sheol and Hades are usually translated as Hell so that means that Jesus went into hell. Most Christians believe that hell is just complete separation from God, and that hell is where God is not at. So how can Jesus be God and go to hell when thats suppose to be a place reserved for the wicked?
The theory that I have on it is that Hell, or Hades/Sheol in this sense, was at that time a temporary(and still is temporary) place divided into two parts--torment for the wicked, and Abraham's bosom for the righteous(see Luke 16:19-31). Since those who trusted in God could not go to heaven since Jesus had not died for their sins yet, the faithful servants of God were there at in the paradise side of Hades while the lost were in torment on the other side. Jesus came down and got the saved.

Not correct. Why you call me a trinitarian is baffling because I understand very clearly the nature and relationship between the Father, Son, and Spirit. I know the word "trinity" is a man made word. I know that the word "cross" doesn't exist in scripture and I know that the letter "J" was invented in the 15th century making "Jehova" or "Jesus" IMPOSSIBLE.

The reason that Yahshua is a reduced form of Yahuweh is because the Father's undiminished presence would incinerate the earth and evaporate mankind. For us to know God, for us to see God, for us to experience God, while still in our mortal bodies, God must manifest Himself in a form we can observe without dying and relate to without our senses being overwhelmed. The only way that Christ could be able to raise himself from the dead is if Christ were still consciously alive. This establishes that Christ did not cease to exist for those three days that his body remained in the grave. The Greek word for "first created" is the word Protoktioti. If Paul wanted to say Christ was the first created being, he would have used this word but he does not. He uses another term, Prototokos. Paul is referring to the Jewish use of the word first-born which not only means first one born but also is used as a title of sovereignty and pre-eminence.

Hebrews 1:10-12 is a direct reference to Psalm 102, a psalm about Jehovah God being the eternal creator. In fact the NWT was not consistent in the Hebrews 1:10 passage with it's rule to apply the Divine name when a NT writer cites an Old Testament text referring to Jehovah and uses the word Kurios.

Since John 1:3 says that not one THING was made without the Word making it, how do you reconcile that with your belief that the Word was made by the Father? There are ONLY two categories of THINGS. Things that have always existed and things that have been made. Not one thing was made without the Word making it and thus the Word is in the category of non made things. This is in perfect harmony with Isaiah 44:24 which says that Jehovah alone when he stretched out the heavens and the earth.

The question still remains IF Jesus is not God then who was he in heaven before he came to earth and took on human form ? JW teaching says he was the archangel Michael but, scripture does not say that. His works and his teaching when he was on the earth were in union with his father, the people were finding it very difficult to accept that Jesus was the Christ because they didnt have the accurate knowledge of the father. Jesus has revieled to us how the father is so that we can live a life that is acceptable to him. The trinity is a false teaching. You only have to read the bible to know this. Jesus is the way and the truth and the life and no one comes to the father exept through him.

Thoughout the whole Bible it is stating that Jesus Christ is not God or equal to God. This false teaching needs to stop. Jesus Christ is our teacher, we are to follow him and walk according to his ways and teaching to get into the Kingdom of heaven. You are very right. The scriptures teach that Jesus is the Son of God Jehovah and not god. And not to be mean, but most of the people who say that Jesus is god, they always come out just with John 1:1 and they don't know or they don't want to really understand the scriptures, because the scriptures explain 100% that Jesus is God Jehovah's Son.

read Exodus 33:20, If God Almighty said that anyone viewing his face will die. How could Jesus be seen and be talked about, if he is God Almighty? John 1:3 say that all thing were are by God in the beginning, I belive it mean all things Physical, and spiritual by the word, for God is the word because there was nothing before the creation so by the sound of his voice and his word we are all created. Col 1:15-17 is saying that we were creted for christ not by christ God created us in his image meaning that when we get saved we are granted to live a life worthy of his calling.

By exact and careful language John denied Sabellianism by not saying ho theos ēn ho logos. That would mean that all of God was expressed in ho logos and the terms would be interchangeable, each having the article. The subject is made plain by the article (ho logos) and the predicate without it (theos) just as in Joh_4:24 pneuma ho theos can only mean "God is spirit," not "spirit is God."

The bible says, "In the beginning was the Word, (expression), and the Word was with Ho Theos (The God) and the Word was theos (like God). Ho in front of Theos makes it a noun, the person God. Without the "Ho", theos becomes an adjective. King James did not understand this 600 years ago. A better translation is, "The Word was with the Divine One, and the Word was divine". I am not a JW, but they are right about the Trinity not being Biblical. Trinity is Egyptian & Roman, not Christian.

God the Son (Jesus) is fully, completely God. God the Father is fully, completely God. And God the Holy Spirit is fully, completely God. Yet there is only one God. In our world, with our limited human experience, it's tough to understand the Trinity. But from the beginning we see God this way in Scripture. Notice the plural pronouns "us" and "our" in Genesis 1:26

You say that Jesus was fully God but when I show you that Jesus said in John 14:28 that the Father was greater then he was you jump and say "Oh thats his human nature". You say that Jesus is 100% God and Man, not one or the other. It would be inconsistent for Jesus to say that the Father was greater if he himself was man but at the same time "FULLY God".

Habakkuk 1:12 in my King James Bible does not say that. It says "we" shall not die. Also, when Jesus died, He did go to "Sheol" which is the abode of the dead.

Many other translation says that God does not die. And Sheol and Hades are usually translated as Hell so that means that Jesus went into hell. Most Christians believe that hell is just complete separation from God, and that hell is where God is not at. So how can Jesus be God and go to hell when thats suppose to be a place reserved for the wicked?

The theory that I have on it is that Hell, or Hades/Sheol in this sense, was at that time a temporary(and still is temporary) place divided into two parts--torment for the wicked, and Abraham's bosom for the righteous(see Luke 16:19-31). Since those who trusted in God could not go to heaven since Jesus had not died for their sins yet, the faithful servants of God were there at in the paradise side of Hades while the lost were in torment on the other side. Jesus came down and got the saved.

PraisetheLamb that sounds to me alot like Catholic theology. But you yourself stated that it is just your theory. It is not scriptural and is nowhere to be found in scripture. Paul told us not to listen to "false stories" that are not based on Gods word.(1 Tim 1:4) Nowhere in the New or Old testament is sheol/Hades spoken of having a section of paradise or torment. But rather it was always held as a place of inactivity.(Ecc 9:5,10)

Jesus cannot be an angel, at least, not in the sense as Micheal, Lucifer, etc(as in, angelic creatures. Angel can also mean "messenger" in the Bible, Jehovah often appeared in a visible, tangible form--though not His own true form since man cannot look at God--as "the angel of the LORD") Hebrews 1:4-14 shows us that Christ is greater than the angels.

lol! I'm just play'n. But it does seem that way. No disrespect. But the trinity was devised by a council. Do some research of Council of Nicaea. The trinity doctrine wasn't established until then. Interestingly, not much was said about the holy spirit at that time. But it laid its foundation. You have Constantine to thank for the trinity. Christendom is following Constantine, not Jesus Christ. It's all verifiable.

That's the difference between JWs and Christendom. The only thing that could meet the sacrifice was death. God cannot die no matter what he does. He can't lie and he can't sin. So the question is asked, can God die. JWs say no. Scripture says, no. Christendom says, yes. So to Christendom God can lie, sin, and die, simply by transforming himself into a human. It's amazing how they can't see the paradox here.

Brian, how can you claim we have no evidence? That is not a fair comment. Even JWs believe Jesus died. It was His physical flesh that was put to death. Jesus was a man (not denied by JWs or Christians). As a man He died. We agree. However, Jesus is also God (e.g. John 1:1; 30:28; Titus 2:13, 2 Pet. 1:1). God is a Spirit (John 4:24). God took on flesh (John 1:14). You may not understand it but it is unfair to say we have "nothing." A paradox is not an unntruth.

If you knew scripture better, you wouldn't be wrestling with this. God can not die-that's why God's spirit left just before His body and soul suffered for us. It is depicted in scripture twice: "My el, my el, why have you left, forsaken and abandoned me..." Long topic but understand that verse and you will understand God.

Not correct. Why you call me a trinitarian is baffling because I understand very clearly the nature and relationship between the Father, Son, and Spirit. I know the word "trinity" is a man made word. I know that the word "cross" doesn't exist in scripture and I know that the letter "J" was invented in the 15th century making "Jehova" or "Jesus" IMPOSSIBLE.

Both buckets came from the same place and are thus they are identical in their composition. There is still only one ocean from which they both were derived. Each was set apart from the whole for the purpose of demonstration and revelation. One was corporeal, tangible, touchable in the form of a man reflecting light. The other was steam, representing the Spirit's power to raise people up and empower them to do the work of God.

If Jehovah the father is "the only TRUE" God then all other gods must be false. If Jesus in the NEW WORLD TRANSLATION is "a god" (John 1:1_) is Jesus a true god or a false god? Did the apostle John falsely honor Jeus as a false god? Juses must be a TRUE GOD. But Jehovah is the only TRUE GOD.
