toradora is about this guy and a girl (theirs a shocker) basically in the beginning they both have a friend that the other likes so they decide to help each other to get them with their friend. it becomes obvious that the two that are trying to help each other find love already have found it in each other but both don't realize this till the end or Ep20(not over). its a romantic comedy filled with tons of laughs and a bit of action here and there. i predict it to be one of the best anime of 09
