Nice, but too much like a blue Galick Gun. The way the aura curls around like a shield reminds me of that, same with how wavy the beam is (Kamehameha was always more strait). Good effects though.
Great work dude. The beam looks a little smokey, and the particles seem to move as such. Perhaps increase your particles per second, and play with your gravity/wind/velocity a bit more?
I agree with sonicballer, the glow could be better. But your effects are still awesome! And you should upload more often! It's always the longest time between your uploads :(
The aura is great, but what's up with the transfer mode of the kamehameha? Shouldn't it be glowy and shouldn't it have either the Add or Screen blending mode? It looks too much like smoke. V2 was perfect blastwise.

You should have set the blending mode of the beam to "Add", than it would've looked much more realistic :D
