The black pencil you were using isn't a pencil, its actually a crayon. And also, instead of lining your top water line, you could just line your bottom water line and then squeeze your eyes shut for a couple of seconds then when you open your eyes your top water line should be lined too.

@macerface I've used white on the water-line before, and it's a nice simple touch that certainly brightens up a look. I've also used neon colours on my waterline, and it's nice if you're going for a more bold look :)

@macerface Hmm my white one is literally just a pencil from CVS, i don't know where it is right now (lost some make up while moving my room) but it was just a generic one. You could probably find a better brand, but I think mine stayed on alright. But it was a normal pencil that you sharpen. I think ones that are too soft will just smear away with your tears. I have to do my winged liner backwards..I have tightline first and then flick up..and then I line the top lashline starting at the pupil and connect to create winged/cat eye liner...I also have to line under my lower lashes a tiny bit I stop just before the iris..so the outer most part ....because my eyes are kinda small and they are round...

well, im not hating or trying to put you down but have you ever heard of pink eye ? i got it last year from always putting my eye liner on my water line so you can put it their but you shouldnt do it everyday unless you want to go to the doctor...

@swillsey2017 Well pink eye can only be spread by using eyeliner that has come in contact with the infection but the bacteria would have to be present already. Just in case you are worried about it, its not cause directly by the eyeliner itself but eye care is very important. :)

@swillsey2017 @TheMakeupChair if you ever had pink eye and kept wearing make up your best to bin the products you used in that period in the area in contact and start afresh to stop reinfection. i agree the bacteria has to be present first to infect the make up and good eye care prevents this as well as good hygiene. xxx
