This just shows that even the best riders dont always suceed. Hell, look at Evil Kenival. The thing is, these guys, once they heal some, will be right back in the saddle doin the same thing, because they have to.

I would never consider trying any of this stuff myself, but I sure as hell wont call those like Seth stupid for doin these stunts. Crazy most definately though, but I fully respect that.

I worked with stunt legend Gary Rothwell many, many times and he always finshed the show sat on the bike waving to the crowd.

Seems to me that if a "stunt legend" finishes every show sat on his bike waving at the crowd he is not really pushing the envelope. You ride 'em you wreck 'em. Everyone who rides a bike knows that. @mcqueenmachine Gary Rothwell did wheelies, stoppies & burnouts. I think there's a tad more knowledge of bike handling skills involved with distance jumping, don't get me wrong, I've seen Gary perform a few times & he is amazing, but...Seth has done alot for distance jumping & Crusty Demons, he has influenced alot of riders, I guarantee some people comenting on this page have crashed & burned, I have, but Seth's seem to be the gnarliest crashes ever!!! Crashing = pushing the envelope

I am not expert on motorcycle jumping, but IMHO, I don't think you're suppose to jump over the landing ramp, next time use it. good luck!

In 2000 he was about to jump 300ft with an mx bike. he jumped past the small landing ramp and smacked down with his face on the handlebar, he cracked his skull but as you se he's still doing these things. he is crazy
