Two reasons why this plan should not work:

1) C'mon, Kenny, why would Corrine tell you her secret plan because you said "I won't say anything, I promise"?

2) They were planning on taking out Matty, not you or anyone else, so just vote for Corrine anyway and even if she did play the idol, no harm done to you, Crystal, or Sugar. The upside to that happening is that Matty would not be mad at Kenny.

Kenny overplayed. That dumb ruseell-wannabe tyke. A simple choice of whether to go with or against bob and corinne and he can even screw that up. Telling crystal to vote one way while he votes matty that just screws up the vote. Now he has to explain to matty and his alliance what just happen, and bob is also not gonna be pleased. He should have made up his mind, told Crystal to vote with him on either Corinne or matty. End of story.

She plays her own game and you are gonna get played if you overconfidently think she is your pawn. Can't anybody see sugar is the biggest threat now?

Corinne definitely going next. But if they're smart, they should give Corinne sugar's immunity idol at council and vote off one of their own. They can vote her off another time but use her vote to get off some larger threats within their OWN alliance first, such as bob, matty and ken who has been a schemer. Something like Parvati giving two idols away in heroes vs villains but on a less epic scale.

@CroBlondie There's simply no need to. If you don't target the player with the Idol, then the Idol is useless, and a total non-factor. The Idol is only a threat when 1) The person playing it has the plurality of the votes 2) you, or one of your allies has the second highest number of the vote. Playing an Idol correctly requires a whole lot of luck, and it rarely happens.

@silvsice Untrue, this wasn't a mistake. He voted for Matty in order to get Bob and Corinne's jury votes. He consulted Sugar and Crystal first, they all approved to knock off Matty next after. So matty knowing that Ken voted against him was no loss, but a + of jury votes. His mistake came in the next episode... with that retarded deal with Bob.

6 months ago I'd probably know what exactly happened. But from what I remember, they voted for Matt because they were suspicious of Corinne having the idol which Marcus tossed away. Then Matt got upset and Crystal got pissed and Sugar turned on them in an instant. I can't really offer much of a debate, I'm not willing to re-watch the entire season ><

@silvsice OK, well I'm telling you that's not how it went. Sugar was with them in voting out Matty. You can see right in the next episode that they've all agreed to take out Matty. Sugar only turned on Ken and Crystal after they became rude to Matty.

Theoretically this plan could work, because other than Marcus and Randy, who went into the ocean to throw it away, nobody saw what actually happened. It is a logical way to explain the idol like that.

And Kenny, this is where you overplayed. Had you shut your mouth and just went with the plan, you're guaranteed in the Final 4. Even if you assume Bob wins all out, you can still remove Corinne and be in Final 3 and have a shot at it.
