Talking about the perceived characteristics of a group is not racist unless you claim that the group is a race. Barack Obama talks about "blacks" as being a "race." Ron Paul does not.
Choosing to identify with a group opens one to accountable for actions of the group as a whole. It has nothing to do with racism.

These newsletters were put out to paint Ron Paul in a bad light..He stands firm that he knew nothing about these when they come out..As far as the interview with CNN, they don't show it all, this is propaganda plain and simple.. I believe in equality and rights for all, and as far as I can gather so does he..This is just an attempt to stop people from voting for him because he is starting to gain momentum and favor with the public.

Has anyone here walked down the streets of Atlanta? or for that matter most major cities. if you want to see racism try that being a white. im white and im not racist at all but it really pisses me off when a vast majority of the people screaming racism are the actual racist.
