  • This is not really an Israeli dance, but a Romanian dance, a hora. See jewish ro hora: "As about origins, the hora (danced in circle) comes from Romania".

  • Not correct. Many young people, not all halachic, have discovered their Jewish roots and have joined together to explore what it means to them. Many have become shabass observers, many take classes with Rabbi Boaz, and parrticipate in observances of passover, chanukah, purim, RH, YK etc. Their name is czulent. They have a website. I am an American Jew living in Krakow where I run a non-profit org call PAJA. Tell me about yourself.
