Why couldn't they use a realistic dummy (and a different scream to voice over, as well as a different outfit) in any new shots, rather than use the same scene over and over again (the only times it was different was when he was thrown out the back door, or thrown INSIDE the house)? That would prevent any concussions (and if they still used him, or a stunt double, they would need a mat).
