Thanks guys for posting this clip. I learned something new today. I have a medicine ball and will apply some of your instructions. I never knew that a medicine ball bounces. The first workout you did appears to be very tough. I'll advise that no one should do it unless the core is strong. That workout is very strenuous. Nonetheless, I can see your muscles pumped up right in front my eyes. Awesome. The ball seems to give an overall workout. Thanks.

@prefontaine2001 most of the fear driven comments are coming from those with more than enough emotional and mental pain couldn't imagine what it would be like to live with all that judgment. Everyday would be a constant battle. Keep having fun guys the clock is ticking before you know it you will be on your death bed thinking i wasted my life worrying about what everyone else was doing. @monkeyboi282 They're not flip flops...they're called vibram 5 fingers...it's a barely there shoe. it frees the foot so that it's not trapped inside the case of a shoe. because of this it more efficiently works the muscles of the leg and it allows the muscles of the foot to also work and strengthening them
medicine ball and tornado ball workouts are great fun do need to cycle it though pretty tough on joints and nervous system. We just finished out power phase are now in regeneration for 2 weeks.
i trained bare feet in martial arts for ~ 10 yrs so me feet are developed, the shoes are great its just a matter of building up your own natural suspension system. Best to start out 30mins per day walking etc then build up. I do all my training in the fives or bare foot. sprints stairs etc.
