  • @hotrods100 alot. depends who you go to. usually the 'better ones' are the ones who coach celeberties and bodybuilders and THOSE are the ones you want to avoid bc they can suck your money right up. no need for a nutritionis if you research yourself trust me. itll save you alot of money

    I found ur video by researching "carb-cycling" online. I am a 42 yr old fem, that has lost 120 lbs, however, I have hit a MAJOR plateau, ( 4mths & no weight loss ). I am down to 160lbs & my body simply does NOT want to go any lower. I am considering trying "carb-cycling". There definitely seems 2 B something 2 it! Thank U 4 posting ur experience ;-}

  • From what I hear, carb cycling is the absolute fastest method that allows you to protect your muscle and lose bady fat at the same time. I heard some people use carb cycling so that 3 days are used for low carbs andd three days for high carbs, and they lose fat the first three days, then can build a little bit of muscle the next three while maintaining a fast metabolism.

  • For Shelby? Sure. He guided me through all this. Obviously, with any diet, the burden is on the dieter to follow through and bust their ass to have success. Still, I wouldnt have done it alone.

  • Give up. If you can't reign in your diet, it doesn't matter what you're doing in your workout. You cannot out-exercise a shitty diet.

  • He's right. Either eat strict and clean or just eat a lot and don't worry about it. You can't half ass a diet, you'll just frustrate yourself and spin your wheels.

  • It really helps to have your diet in line. That was easily my biggest problem.

  • It's called carb cycling, which has to do with controlling your intake of carbohydrates, especially in relation to yur fat intake. Basically, there are days when I take in a lot of fat and protein, but little carbs, and days where I take in a lot of carbs and protein, but little fat. If you want more info let me know.

  • Why the heck didn't you do a front-shot? It'd detail your progress a lot more clearly. If you were worried about exposing your identity you could've just blacked out your face.

  • I wasn't taking flexed front shots until right near the end of the diet, and the relaxed front shots kind of suck in comparison to relaxed rear shots.
