Holla! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate lost tons of weight with it.
@hotrods100 alot. depends who you go to. usually the 'better ones' are the ones who coach celeberties and bodybuilders and THOSE are the ones you want to avoid bc they can suck your money right up. no need for a nutritionis if you research yourself trust me. itll save you alot of money
hey cool vid man, thanks for that, inspirational too. Just wanted to ask you, when you say carb cycling, do you mean a bicycling program that you were on or something with cycling your carb intake? thanks man i gotta do this too.
What kind of bike, how often and for how long would you ride? I've been wanting to buy a new bike lately mainly for exercise but not sure what kind. Please let me know...thanks.
I found ur video by researching "carb-cycling" online. I am a 42 yr old fem, that has lost 120 lbs, however, I have hit a MAJOR plateau, ( 4mths & no weight loss ). I am down to 160lbs & my body simply does NOT want to go any lower. I am considering trying "carb-cycling". There definitely seems 2 B something 2 it! Thank U 4 posting ur experience ;-}
From what I hear, carb cycling is the absolute fastest method that allows you to protect your muscle and lose bady fat at the same time. I heard some people use carb cycling so that 3 days are used for low carbs andd three days for high carbs, and they lose fat the first three days, then can build a little bit of muscle the next three while maintaining a fast metabolism.
wow that's amazing. I'm doing a carb cycling cut as well right now and it's going great. A question. Did gaining and losing all that weight affect your tattoos? I'm thinking about getting a tattoo on my back but I don't know what weight classes I'll go through within the next few years.
Thats insane bro! Ive started carb cycling now, 4 days low 1 day high. Any tips on how not to break the diet? Weekends seem to be my biggest problem when going low carb before. :(
For Shelby? Sure. He guided me through all this. Obviously, with any diet, the burden is on the dieter to follow through and bust their ass to have success. Still, I wouldnt have done it alone.
He's right. Either eat strict and clean or just eat a lot and don't worry about it. You can't half ass a diet, you'll just frustrate yourself and spin your wheels.
awsome work man hats great im working out everyday begining with cardio and then intensive weight lifting some days then light work out the next day and always begining and end with cardio seems to be working i been going for 4 months already i lost 25 lbs and increased stanima and power it feel great but the my drawback is my deit i think i could gain more if i had a solid diet
The Troponin people seem to have the best transformations. Cant wait to see who they will work with for MMA... Did you do that with just food and natural supps.?
It's called carb cycling, which has to do with controlling your intake of carbohydrates, especially in relation to yur fat intake. Basically, there are days when I take in a lot of fat and protein, but little carbs, and days where I take in a lot of carbs and protein, but little fat. If you want more info let me know.
awesome work here bro. i myself am trying to lose weight. my weight is 195 lbs for a 5'11'' height. I've lost 26 lbs on a Subway type of diet but now i'm getting frustrated and losing motivation. so could you give me more details abt your carb cycling program. I'm also lifting weights and hopefully will be getting more serious at cardio. btw, how much cardio would u recommend per day, or per week? and what type of cardio? what abt supplements? did u take any? thanks
awesome work here bro. I am trying myself to lose some serious fat. last year i was on a Subway diet that made me lose 26 lbs in 12 weeks. this year i need to bring my weight by about 10-15 lbs but i'm getting frustrated with my precious diet and losing motivation. i need something new. i'm also lifting weights and doing cardio. btw, how much cardio a day would u recommend? and what type of cardio? last question: did u take any supplements? if yes, which ones would u recommend?
Ive heard of carb cyclin, how do you set it up?? I am 190 5-9, 24 yrs aapprox 17% bf and tryin to lose fat. How do i set it all i know is that it seems to be 3 days low carb 1high, 2 low carb 1 high again. Any help let me know, thanks a lot in advance.
Why the heck didn't you do a front-shot? It'd detail your progress a lot more clearly. If you were worried about exposing your identity you could've just blacked out your face.
I wasn't taking flexed front shots until right near the end of the diet, and the relaxed front shots kind of suck in comparison to relaxed rear shots.
i doesn't have a whole lot to say about this video except for wondering how somebody on the diet can be a lot leaner than me can and also be stronger than me on all but one lift.
