I had that dilemma: what is too old for trickortreating? By 14 I had completely discarded the candy in favor of scaring. It wasn't the candy that mattered anyway. It was Halloween itself, and sometimes I took it too seriously. At 16 I charged a mother and child with a real axe. They could hear me sneaking, but every time they shined the flashlight at my direction I was behind a tree. When they went around a van and shined it on me I did the first thing that came to mind. She took it well though.
