  • Actually it is harder to be an oversized pear.

    The fat in your hips is harder to circulate then that in your stomach.

  • i got a tiny waist and huge hips and a small upperbody .and i loveeeee it :be proud of ur shape ladies

  • Apple, pear, banana........it's all fruit to me, and since when is that not healthy!

  • it may be better to be a pear thats over weight than an apple but the fat in a pear is hard to lose. and it really suck being a pear because shopping for pants really sucks when you have to get a pair of pants that are Huge just to fit around you but, but when you get to the waist it way too big. With an overweight pare its all butt and legs, witch rub together and eventually tear you pants and sometimes caused irritation. so witch is worse and witch is better depends on the person.

  • But how helpful is this video - i am so sick of being told that apple shaped is worse - ITS not my fault i am apple shaped!

  • Speaking as an overweight apple shape i can confirm that its much better to be plus size PEAR than plus size APPLE. If i am in shape (and i am working on that) its ok, but when you start getting hefty, its all boobs, belly and back flab - YUCK!
