I have no idea how Hoopz is supposed to look. This artwork and his world map sprite show him with a high-top, which may or may not be absurdly tall, yet his battle sprite and portrait show him in a backwards cap. I guess the inconsistency is supposed to be funny, but if I want to draw him I don't know where to start.
