David Lynch's movies are so surreal that movie critics dare not call them bad but rather artistic because they get confused by the plots. Not that there's anything wrong with random surrealism. It's awesome!
the best part is when she talks about gouging the rapist's eyes out and then a sliver of droll slides out of the corner of her mouth as if she's recollecting the experience, feeling the rapist's gooey eyeballs in her hand and then later his other balls as she's "tearing at his nuts" and making him cry like a bitch.

Im a proper lynchhead but even I thought he was taking the piss in parts. Laura Dern is genuinely amazing in this though.

The scenes with the silent psychiatrist are the best ones of the entire film. i just wish someone would make a compilation of those parts.
