The butterfly is beautifully design from God. Born as a caterpillar, makes a tomb, then flys way and Lives! Also when bufferflies fold their wings, its a shape of a heart. This deesign can only be made by God Himself.
but Peter arose and ran to the tomb; and stooping down, he saw the linen cloths lying by themselves; and he departed, marveling to himself at what happened. Luke 24:12
Happy Easter cause Jesus lives!!! Bufferflies remind me of my Lord Jesus Christ, who has risen.
the migration passes right through my town on their way to Mexico. its pretty awesome. In high school, we did a project in conjuction with the Reserve in Mexico. We caught a whole bunch of them, tagged them, and then released them to see how many actually made it to the reserve.
Its actually pretty interesting that the ones that star the migration don't make it through. They inherit knowledge of their migration pattern, or something like that.
you stupid fucks. what did you tag them with? didn't anyone stop to consider that the tagged butterflies may have been weighed down to the point that they could not make it to mexico? how much does a B-fly weigh, half a gram? even if your tag only weighed 0.25 grams that's still adding 50% more weight to the butterly. jesus christ whoever's idea that was is an idiot
You don't actually have to put a tag on them like that. :/ On insects they usually mark them with a tiny spot of paint or color to distinguish them. That doesn't weigh the butterfly down.
Very cool. We had a whole bunch of them buggers come through San Antonio several years ago. It was great. However, the car did not look so great after driving on the highway. D; They are really pretty though...
Come to Oregon, everyone thinks it's been logged into oblivion too...but everywhere I look I see billions of trees. Enviromental groups lie to get your money!!!!!
People in Brazil need to learn how to manage their forests. The large logging corporations in USA have been replanting for more than 75 years. The enviromental groups fail to mention that large corporations benefit by managing our forests. Don't buy into their lies.
Yes, they do...in the US because of environmental regulations they have learned to do it. When US corporations go abroad (and those are the ones doing the logging in South America) they don't give a fuck about anything. Don't believe their lies when they tell you they do. History is full or rapacious corporate policies.
