  • The IUPAC name is "aluminium", therefore everyone in the scientific community should use that name, much like caesium and sulfur.

  • It amazes me that the guy never catches on fire lmfao

  • 4:27 rule 34. no exceptions

  • 2:10 thumbs up if you noticed he had a missing part in his belt

  • thats a pretty shitty looking piston you can tell it wasn't made here in america. if you ever seen an SRP or JE piston you would think so to.you can tell these where made in europe.

  • the white lubricant isn't actually lubricant...just thought you should know that

  • But making a piston is easy! You need 4 Cobblestone, 1 Redstone Dust, 3 Wooden Planks and 1 Iron Ingot.

  • @mornmeril <3 a good laugh!

  • i always thought they were made in a few seconds

  • aluminum was a british invention- i mean the word. look it up.

  • @CanNibble ya, it's hard to for us Americans to pronounce it the same way as folks in England, We evovled to have all our teeth, thus making it difficult.

  • iam glad it isn so hard in minecraft

  • The narrator sounds like Lister from Red Dwarf!

  • White liquid LOL

  • 1:19 that is a bad ass job. Even the guy looks like he can tell you to f**k off with just his mustache.

  • @radeakins LOL!!!

  • 0:10 Compressing gas and air? I thought they were the same, unless he is referring to the petrol, which is a liquid that can't be compressed?

  • Aluminuium? I hate the way the British pronounce al-um-in-um.

  • @smacman68 The british also hate the way Americans say Aluminium. Doesn't make any difference to me, potato/potatoe.

  • 5 people own electric scooters

  • cool

  • @undeadkillers are you daft? To determine how many rotations per second are in 500 rotations per minute you DIVIDE by 60 (seconds). 500RPMs is 8.3 RPS. Where the hell are you getting 63 rotations per second? Check the math = 8.333 x 60 = 498 What the hell are you multiplying by 8 for? One crankshaft rotation is a crankshaft rotation.. has NOTHING to do with the numbers of cylinders. A 4 cylinder engine will STILL turn at 8.333 rotations per second. Hope you are not a mechanic.

  • 4:26 Fap Fap Fap

  • 4:26

it looks like it masturbating LOL

  • aluminum is great! except when it melts...

  • Piston a key to be internal combustion process

the drive engine.A piston is approach the slide open

down inside each cylinder compressing gases ignited

by spark plug. The resulting energy turn the crankshaft and

drive the engine. This company make 9000 difference type of

piston. For everything the bike the car engine.

A piston stop sound that a three metal long aluminium

rod.Aluminium is ideal because it a light weight

    rep

Correct or wrong, Because I try to listening skill.

  • @MrThermodynamicsman did anyone bother to realize that A) diesel engines have no spark plugs but use pistons B) piston engines aren't the only internal combustion engine (wankel) and C) 6000 rpm isn't the maximum rotation per minute for piston engines.

  • your mom slides up and down inside each cylinder

  • Looks a lot like wiseco pistons.

  • Why not use one machine too all the machining?? buy a lathe whit live tooling and sub spindle!

  • @jonnis240 That whould increase the cost of manufacturing the machine, higher trained workers to deal with training required to maintain the machine, and more parts to break. It's all about cost effectiveness.

  • @undeadkillers So its bether too have lots of machines isted of one too do all the machining?

  • @jonnis240 For a piston, i would say it's better to have more machines to manufacture these. Tolerances have to be close with pistons, i mean these move extremely fast. Lets say a V8 engine, around IDLE at 500rpms. Now, that may not sound much, but times it by 8 and divide it by 60(equals to one minute), and you're getting 63 rotations( 8 for single) in that engine. one bad machining to a single piston can have devasting effects on the engine.

  • I like pestoons

  • 3:36 - some of them move up to 16,000 times per minute?

  • @MasterTenku 6000

  • no wonder this stupid thing is like 300$

  • 0:02 the most left one: YZ125 Piston.

  • Americanisms? At least we know what we're talking about. The holes bored into the side of the piston are gas ports, to allow gases to help seal the piston rings to the cylinder walls. It provides better oil control, reducing oil blow by into the cylinder which ruins combustion. They're not to help lube the piston.

  • @thehossman1 I saw no gas ports on the pistons in the video, those holes where for the oil ring, which give the oil being scraped from the cylinder a place to drain. gas ports are only for the top ring and do not go through to the interior space of a piston. lateral gas ports are half moon shaped grooves machined into the bottom of the top ring land. vertical ports are drilled from the top of the piston into the top ring groove. the pressure of combustion/compression push out on the ring. google

  • @thehossman1 also, we speak american, not english. english is what the british speak. just as mexcians do not speak spanish, they speak mexican.

  • @fakts13 idiot........you speak english.Badly perhaps but english still. You ever heard anyone in the US shout at someone ' Hey buddy why cant you just speak american?' 'We speak american'.........you retard! Must be time for a burger.......

  • @OldcastleGov wow, and I'm the one that speaks "English" badly? Your elementary school grammar teacher should be dragged out into the street and shot. Also, in the context of someone stating aluminium isn't "English", I believe my statement to be correct. Aluminum would be an American term, aluminium would be an English term. Burgers would also be an AMERICAN favorite, so why would you tell me it's time for a burger? It does nothing to prove your point. Go back to watching Jersey Shore, dickwad.

  • @fakts13 Burger? My British friend loves burgers and eats them all the time so you failed I mean failed big time. cause I do not care for Burgers at all. So Burgers is a General English term. and before you get mad may I tell you English is a language. As you can see I don't mean the term as in British English people. as you thought I was when you first seen that

  • @14omega28ok never said burgers was an american term, i said american favorite. did you fail reading comprehension in school? read my post over and over again. Be prepared for a test. I won't waste my time getting mad at you, as it's obvious you just either don't pay attention to what you are reading, or just can't understand it.

  • @fakts13 English is what the English speak you muppet. Britain is made of the Welsh ( who surprise surprise speak Welsh!?), The Scottish, who speak English and Scots-Gaelic, and Northern Ireland, who speak Gaelic, Now, for your next lesson, try to find them on a map.Aslo, and to further prove yer ignorance, the burger reference wasn't any play on diction, syntax, or grammer, it was just a reference to Americans being fat bastards. So, i say again, .must be time for a burger.

  • i love the work and position @ 4:27

  • Look at those automatic machines!!! Wow!!

  • Lubrication.

  • These pistons are Forged Aluminum for race engines, most pistons are cast aluminum alloys containing silica which do not expand as much, but are not as durable under load. That's why THESE pistons cost so much, they are for custom applications, and not a full auto company production run.

  • Now dont complain about pistons cost :D

They really need WORK to make them..

  • Очень полезно для студентов - технологов

  • Could someone please tell me what the machine is called that shaves the metal down and sprays it with lubricant???

  • @Havixus cnc machine

  • @mageac

Two kinds of CNC machine, the machine that make the work piece turn is the CNC Lathe machine and the machine that shaves the work piece with the turning cutting tool is the CNC Milling machine. CNC means Computer Numerical Control. Trust me Im a machinist!

  • @bsmetarem Yay, so am I. What do you do? Milling or Turning?

  • @danway60

Former lathe machine operator but now I stop working in the machine shop. What about you sir?

  • @bsmetarem At the moment I operate CNC Mills. And I've just finished my training in CNC Turning. Im just finishing my apprenticeship in engineering aswell.

  • @danway60 you must be good. i work on a lathe. im 16. i make lots of bushings and shafts. i do alot of boring, turning and drilling,

  • عرب وين طنبورة وين ؟؟؟؟؟

  • this video is too short!

  • lol how its made, its just epic!

  • @daveo211 i conquer (agree)

  • Comment removed

  • The English spelling and pronunciation is aluminium. Aluminum is an Americanism.

  • @yellowblutac the whole world says Aluminium, only americuns think its aluminum

  • Amazing how much work is needed simply for the piston head.

  • @deadman12078 It has to be of perfect balance, or it will fuck the whole engine up.

  • @deadman12078 And 7 people can't appreciates the engineering it goes into manufacturing it.

  • @voon100 Many more than that sir. A properly cared for engine can last for decades. Considering the numbers of moving parts and the stresses imposed on them throughout their lives. Ignorance plays a large part in the demise of many vehicles. My cousin has managed to destroy four cars in the last year alone. So few have the knowledge or patience to perform even basic car maintenance. "I don't have the time" How much time was wasted when you broke down and hand over a weeks pay to a shop

  • nice

  • lucky cnc machinist

  • Made from Alli-Mini-Yum

  • 1:26 lol, jerking machine!!!

  • is tat the same for all pistons (im an ex-mechanic but not a machinist)

and i want my own company, just to make my own

me;im gunna start my own piston manufacturing company

bank manager;the loudest laf youve ver heard

  • hahahah the guy in the red at 2:11 it missing a stud

  • lol

  • lol

  • i gota say i was like "WTF" when i first heard that and then i loled hard when i saw it.
