C, Em, Am, F, C, G, Am, G, Am, F, C, G, C in that order...

then for the "Like a river flows into the sea" part goes:

Em, Am, Em, Am, Em, Am, F, G...

it just repeats over and over again...and the strum is easy to do too...just listen to theirs and you pretty much have it...took me like three time of watching this to get the chords down
