I can confirm this still works and has not been patched. *NOTE* the time attack timer will not start at the beginning of chapter 9. It WILL show up as you you progress. Also, if you want to check your time, hit the start button, go into options and select TIME ATTACK.

I followed a guide that told me to do the same thing but it said you could replay episode 9 on any difficulty....I chose Pussy and it didn't work. I'm gonna try it on Killer soon....its just these "replay the game" achievements are a pain in the ass even with a glitch because episode 9 is so damn long

@konflict5206 : you have to die when you meet the immortal, then load last checkpoint, and it will load the killer diff. as you have paused your time trial game on killer mode :)

Kill the guys coming up , than miss the immortal on purpose till he dissapears, wait till 3 guys show up again, press Y or Square (PS3) and shoot them. :)

time attack mode is killer anyway, when you select act 9 you have to select killer difficulty or it won't work, it will still time you but the timer does appear after each checkpoint
