The thing is, you need to try it at first with your hands separately.. Then try it with both of your hands.. But it still takes a bit, to fot it covered as master.. But im totall beginer and it is possible to get it from this video so.

I sort of got this one after about 5 minutes of playing back this ridiculously short vedeo and donking myself with the poi about 20 times. When she turns (from downward spinning to upward) she spins them to her side. Either I'm blind or this video is a very poor teacher. I wish they'd play this again with slow motion so it doesnt take me forever to figure out something so simple. 12 seconds is not long enough for a lesson! Either talk or playback in slow motion; preferablly both!

WOW its seems like just turning your body is easy, but try turning with poi! that thing goes crazy and spins out of place when i start moving my body an inch.
