I have a question. How do you get your fraps to record in high quality?

I didn't. ;) I use the lowest video capture settings available, my computer can't handle anything else.

To change the settings in Fraps, simply go to the 'Movies' tab. You can record anywhere from 25 fps to 60; the higher the FPS, the better quality. You can also film in 'Full-size' as opposed to 'Half Size'...significantly improving the quality (but also size) as well.

No problem on the response, unfortunately I don't think I can help you. I have only made three movies, and pretty much made it up as I went along.

I filmed at 25 fps in 'half size' and simply uploaded the file to Youtube. What you see in front of you is all I know as well. So yeah, the 'HQ' feature I had nothing to do with. And my hard drive crashed so I don't have the original file to compare the quality with.
