I can't stand this stuff! It has one of the worst after-tastes. I needed to just down the whole bottle. I couldn't sip it like that. You can feel it sucking the water from the inside of your mouth, from your gums the insides of your cheeks. Then you get this weird lemon-y citric taste.

LOL - I have had more magnesium citrate in the past 6 months than I care to have had. I never throw either up but had no choice after drinking 64oz of this crap recently, it just came up naturally.
