Tried the Celebration roast, I agree upon the 1st taste, it would appear it is better than

Tofurkey, however, making my own mushroom gravy, fresh cranberry sauce, and package directions for the tofurkey, potatoes, carrot, onion, Tofurkey is the best choice for a great home baked meal!

Celebration would make awesome "meatloaf sandwiches!"

Yeah, I don't like the Tofurky option. There used to be this Now & Zen UnTurkey option, but it's since been discontinued (the recipe is online, somewhere). It's delicious. I haven't tried Celebration Roast - I definitely will, though. Thanks, my holidays have gone too long without some turkey alternarive!
