For pressure die casting we use principaly Zk3 and Zk5 because they are common and well adapted to this process.

I’m impressed in the way of separating the little castings using a kind of rotary sieve. Is possible to do that with any zamak alloy? Are there others factors to implement that rotary sieve?
It is not truly "rust" in the traditional sense, It oxidises and tarnishes ( the oxide looks like a white powder, we call that -the white rust- ). Many treatments are made to avoid this problem ( zinc plating ).
