  • Your scarf makes me happy.

  • how did you spin above your head that was cool! it was like a completely parell spin @10

  • love the random lady in background real awesome though

  • I love this work im thinkng of using in for my middle school girls

  • At W.G.I. U would be surprised at how many gay men u will see, but I have two gay instructors lol but one straight and his wife comes sometimes, but colorguard is technically like 90% gay lol

  • that was ealy good (=

  • I love the around the neck :)

  • whooee .when you hold a rifle... you should be snappy.. nothing else.. right??

  • i wish i was taught by you!!!!!

  • Rifles were never meant to be used this way... and this saddens me.

  • @doomdiger2500 agree

  • Very nice~ :D

  • Why is everyone making gay comments? How many guys have you met in guard that weren't gay? ......for me none.

  • @guardjunkieexx My colorguard instructor isn't gay. Our guard is coached by family--a man, his wife, and their daughter. Then they hired a gay choreographer to help them. But that one guy...yeah.

  • @guardjunkieexx several

  • ok that would be awesome without all the "gay" dancing

  • What are some good places to get videos to teach Rifle Moves? I am a pretty novice instructor and want to make my line better. I finally have two guys trying out but they have never spun before. Help ME Please? My moves are pretty basic!

  • Ahhh finally some nice rifle work! Was that toss at the end a quad?

  • that was very cool i love the tosses C:

  • i loved it

    freaking amazing

you should up load video teaching

  • I love it!

  • Wow, this was really great. teach me:)

  • great solid catches...good job

  • Great job. Your catchs are solid. You do need to work on not watching your rifle and performing the work...but for the most part it was good. I would also work on making sure that your tosses dip on 8 and release on 1...so if your doing it with multiple people your rifles will rotate together.

  • what's the music?

liked it a lot. great job

  • the music is from Four Sea Interludes by Benjamin Britten

  • Nice catches!

  • gah everyone makes tossing rifle look easy! lol i wish i could try it though

  • you made me dizzy with all of your turning.

  • I remember that show!

  • Id' like to see you do half the stuff this guy's doing.

  • ur a douche.

  • could you post it again slower or to have counts to it, because i think this rifle work is amazing and i would really like to learn it.

  • NICE WORK!!! im in guard and have been for 4 years i got a rifle last year and this year i just got saber...i like rifle so much more than saber...btw nice catches!!!

  • That was very nice. Have you ever marched D.C.I or any others? Your movement under the equipment is amazing! At one point you tossed out of the neck and I giggled [my coach makes fun ofme for saying it looks fun in rountines.]

  • damn..

  • GET IT!

  • omg...amazing ur my hero

  • omg you had body good relese points and your sexy as hell omg i ove you

  • I remember this show =D

    x

  • fierce!!

  • that was amazing!!!! ummmm could you watch my 1 and only ensemble and tell me & my fellow colorguard peeps in our ensemble how to fix the stuff we need 2 fix??? structural critisizm would be gr8!?!? :D plz & thank you?!

  • that is some really great rifle work :)

  • Very nice choreography.......How long before you mastered the dance movements with the rifle?? How much practice do u do?

  • i've been doing colorguard for 9 years. i don't practice anymore, except when i'm teaching. so, three times a week? movement comes pretty natural

  • nice, good job

  • I like the 4. it was exciting body :)

  • PRO

  • interperative drill lol

  • very nice

  • wow....

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!! What was funny was the way you just act oblivious to the person behind you. What is she doing?

  • that was really good

    loved it!!!

  • nice job

  • Id wish it worked that good for me, my guard set me up with a 64count solo wich is hard to make something up in a week hehe

  • that was really good. It was very fluid.

    :) good job

  • so this made me want to go get my rifle and do somework, im the head captain on my wintergaurd, and i did something like that once, you are really good

  • yay! Ben i love the rifle work an this is when you were in london am i correct Fabulousssss!!!!!

    ps. luv the scarf lol

  • really good!

    ~lafayette guard captain

  • loved it. it reminded me of my choreographer juan carlos caceres.

  • def very confident, you move like a cavalier

  • I think that the work is great. As one of the previous commentaries stated, it has good fluidity, which is important. You're awesome, and you're hot. I love it.

  • id like to see him do that with a 10 pounder... bet he cant

  • your comment was awfully vague.

ten pounder? like a fish you just caught?

or like a ten pound weight?

  • dude, if he was a driller then that would be an insult. i'd like to see you do what he just did. you cant. its a completely different activity, so just face that fact and get over it

  • i think he was talking about a different style of rifle spinning. i think he was talking about armed exhibition and yes they are two different categories.

  • HOT!

  • your really good!

    you have very good technique!

    the routine is great too!

  • I was wondering if you could tell me the name of the song.

    <333

  • Four Sea Interludes by Benjamin Britten. it's from Peter Grimes

  • What a dog- not so sure he's actually all that sincerely good wishing... haha. Benamia- the talent is resounding, I can see the confidence and definition in the movements, reminds me of my old guard instructor- great work, and I'm sure there's much more where that came from. I love the dynamic fluidity of the equipment movement, and the notable awareness of every part of your body- great stuff!

  • honestly, it was terrible. i don't mean anything personal, i'm sure you're a wonderful person, but it was entirely amateur at best.

  • Are you in colorguard? If not, then maybe I can help you understand that the video was for a "younger" performance group. I don't exactly think I'm going to do a six with a forward roll, and catch behind the back. So, before you say things are terrible, put it in perspective. As a choreographer, I know to write for the group's ability.

  • yes. i gave several years of my life to the sport and still enjoy it. and regarding 'group's ability', my apology, i think i realized this after posting. however my comment had nothing to do with desiring a 'six with a forward roll' but rather, fundamentals. again, this is not meant as a personal attack, i don't know you, i just shared my opinion. i was shocked that no one offered any insight to this young man on how to step up a level. i'll keep quiet. =) i sincerely wish you the very best.

  • wow. you're amazing. end of story.

  • thank you for that

    that was really good

  • i thought it was great. i do rifle colorguard and rotc rifle line

  • whoa!! that was great! nice movement

  • Hey Ben..nice video! I miss everyone at Pdigm! Good luck at WGI!

    Daryl

  • um... that was so hot!

  • Amazing.

  • sezzy

  • Your a sexy Bitch! Too bad we cant spin toghether!

  • heck yes, that's my kind of guy

  • ???

  • get it ben :]

  • wow! Very good movement :D Did you make that up?

  • perdy i like it

  • haha thats our music for our opener this year!!

  • holy crap! VER YVERY NICE!

  • yeah. good movement. but why are you in jeans?

  • it was winter in london and the heater didn't work in the gym. brrr.

  • Good job dude! Great technique & body movement!

  • NICE :)
