I hypothesize that the odds of inborn homosexuality may be increased by the mother's hormone chemistry, and that there are some hormones that are increased by stresses related to overpopulation. It would be evolutionarily advantageous for a population to have an increased number of homosexual members because that slows population growth. The individuals are still valuable to their family and tribe whether they add to it or not, but they help ensure survival of the whole by reducing expansion.

What I see if you remove the Bible element is not what you see. I see relationships driven by sexual desire, not love. Love is different for every case. In Greek there are four different words that mean "Love" but all different types. The brotherly love "Agape" can be between any two people, but "Eros" passionate love can only be between a man and a woman.

You have to fall in love with the character of the partner, and there has to be a balance in qualities. Women have different psychological makeups that, when paired with men's makeup, create a balanced family. The two genders are complementary, and necessary. It just doesn't work any other way.

@ExCakeProductions Allow me to break it down for you as well. There are many types of attractions. One is physical, and that is the one that is the basis of homosexual marriages, and relationships. The idea of a bisexual is the best example of the surrendering to physical desires. Being able to choose which sex pleases you the most at the moment. It's nothing more than physical attraction, I don't see how you could see it any way else.
It could possibly be a genetic mutation, however, mutations die out if they are unable to reproduce themselves. Some times mutations are good, sometimes they are not. In this case, the homosexual mutation would have died out long ago, which leads me to believe it is either a psychological disorder(developed over time, and can be helped), or a choice. I know of people who no longer have homosexual desires, so I know it is possible to change.

@ExCakeProductions You can learn to love anybody of the opposite gender unless they were repulsively unattractive I suppose. Arranged marriages have a much higher tendency of staying together whereas chosen marriages are likelier to break apart. The reason is that in our culture we marry for lust, not love more often than not, and in arranged marriages they learn to truly love each-other, not because he or she is "hot" or attractive, but because they learned to love through shared experiences.
Arranged marriges stay together because of the expectations of the parents and the impending shame that would be brought to the family if refused.
Not to mention the abundant amount of obiedence ingraned into children in the cultures of which arranged marriges occur. Refusal or divorce is often not even an option unless you wish to be exiled.
This sort of marital comunism is not present in marriges outside of such cultures.

1. Homosexuals can't reproduce, and that's unnatural, as a matter of fact evolutionist Charles Darwin theorized that survival of the fittest results in evolution. In order to be the "fittest" you must have two things, a way to efficiently feed your species, and a way to reproduce. If you were to have a group of homosexual humans by themselves, they would all die out.

I hypothesize that the odds of inborn homosexuality may be increased by the mother's hormone chemistry, and that there are some hormones that are increased by stresses related to overpopulation. It would be evolutionarily advantageous for a population to have an increased number of homosexual members because that slows population growth. The individuals are still valuable to their family and tribe whether they add to it or not, but they help ensure survival of the whole by reducing expansion.

What I see if you remove the Bible element is not what you see. I see relationships driven by sexual desire, not love. Love is different for every case. In Greek there are four different words that mean "Love" but all different types. The brotherly love "Agape" can be between any two people, but "Eros" passionate love can only be between a man and a woman.

It could possibly be a genetic mutation, however, mutations die out if they are unable to reproduce themselves. Some times mutations are good, sometimes they are not. In this case, the homosexual mutation would have died out long ago, which leads me to believe it is either a psychological disorder(developed over time, and can be helped), or a choice. I know of people who no longer have homosexual desires, so I know it is possible to change.

@ExCakeProductions You can learn to love anybody of the opposite gender unless they were repulsively unattractive I suppose. Arranged marriages have a much higher tendency of staying together whereas chosen marriages are likelier to break apart. The reason is that in our culture we marry for lust, not love more often than not, and in arranged marriages they learn to truly love each-other, not because he or she is "hot" or attractive, but because they learned to love through shared experiences.

Arranged marriges stay together because of the expectations of the parents and the impending shame that would be brought to the family if refused.
Not to mention the abundant amount of obiedence ingraned into children in the cultures of which arranged marriges occur. Refusal or divorce is often not even an option unless you wish to be exiled.
This sort of marital comunism is not present in marriges outside of such cultures.

I appreciate the amount of logic that takes part in your arguments ZOMGitsCriss, however you have a few flaws yourself.
1. Homosexuals can't reproduce, and that's unnatural, as a matter of fact evolutionist Charles Darwin theorized that survival of the fittest results in evolution. In order to be the "fittest" you must have two things, a way to efficiently feed your species, and a way to reproduce. If you were to have a group of homosexual humans by themselves, they would all die out.

I will start by pointing out that Homosexuals can IN FACT get women pregnant and that if you had a group of homosexual humans and they realized that they were going to be the only ones who would repopulate they have choices. People have sex out of love, and in the process they also consciously accept the possibility of children. Homosexuals get together to "do it" (no offspring), and if that's not the case I want to hear about a marriage that just hangs around each-other for the company, because that's not a marriage, that's a friendship. I have not seen one person make a decent reason to justify their 'disagreement', with homosexuality, as peaceful and tolerant as some people are.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and belief, but that doesn't mean it's justified.

@bubba007ss I find it surprising that you are criticizing gays for trying to help make society more used to it, which in effect makes it more accepted, considering what gays have been through. If they weren't trying to help others be more tolerant, gays would still be getting persecuted [which some still do].
Religion is accepted fine, and sometimes spreads hatred towards gays, whereas gays are not trying to spread hate to religion, they are trying to allow themselves to be more accepted.
