i wonder if that pylon trick pros used to use on monty hall to get their probes through the mineral block would work on this map to get past the terran walls? i'm fairly sure i saw it work on another map once, but i havent seen anyone try it before or since. anyone tried it here?

yes it would work if theres enough room to place it between the rax and the creep from the neutral sunk but the only player that would even consider it would be boxer and hes not gonna be playing off race because terran cant do much that isnt expected before the observer or shuttle would be out so the scouting info is minor at best the only reason you would do it would be some kind of cheese or to harass now vulture mine leaping the wall is also posible and maybe slightly more practical ;)

lol yeah its not something i'd expect from many of the cookie cutter toss, but i think it would be practical to scout. although then again im not sure how important that early scout is anymore, pretty much its main use is to confirm that the terran is going fe =p. still it'd be cool to see someone sneak a probe into the base and scout around with it

honestly the scout on this map is only for position and to try to pick off an scv or make buildings take longer. the tech is almost always the same and the maps so big an early push can be stalled for way too long with the zeal probe and goon to be effective meaning the terran either fast expos or starts falling behind early
