i never said I was tax exempt i said INSTITUTIONS can be tax EXEMPT and people if NATURAL and not CORPORATE can be TAX NON OBLIGEES . do me a favor and look at your mail and look at all the important stuff (bills or anything concerning money) tell me if your name is in capital letters or lowercase and look at your junk mail and see if its the same. and if you pay taxes or have them taken who is your withholding agent??

You still can't provide any proof for your claim that "capital letter names" do anything. If you are an individual in the U.S. and have been paid or have any income over the exemption amount, you owe income tax. There is no such thing as "TAX NON OBLIGEES" for people.

no one is tax exempt only institutions people can have tax non obligation. corporations are to pay the SALES TAX when you go and pay 6 cent on the dollar or whatever the rate is in your state thats the corporations responsibility thats why it is called SALES TAX not BUYER TAX the store u buy it from is to pay it but when you sign over your rights by putting your signature on articles with all capital letters then you are a CORPORATION and then it is perfectly legal

Total crap. Capital letters in a name have ZERO legal meaning. The buyer always payes the sales tax, it's a 'sales tax' because it is collected at the point of sale.
