I have been on investigations and we have actually heard the EVP with our own ears, it literally comes out of thin air, you can't tell where its coming from but you can hear it and it clearly doesn't have a human tone to it. I did an electronic scan of this , then slowed the audio and ran it through a voice equalize. The 'voice' or whisper on this tap is saying, 'move over here' and according the the levels produced, was said by someone within three feet of the recording device, and probably from behind as the mic is an omni-directional piece of equipment.
