In the interest of continuous quality improvement, a small thought came to mind that I hope you don't take as a neg. criticism:

Video-cam Lighting Settings.

While the video is fine as a bit dark, the equipment you were using in your demonstration was itself dark colored; Combine these two factors with your body position/location also blocking most of the natural light in your studio, resulting in feeling like i could be missing something important w/o studying to learn it.
