  • Live....sorry,typo :(

  • I don't leave in the none of the affected areas. No,i don't live in Japan! But i'm still affected by this.I'm still crying when watching interviews and various footage from the affected areas. You don't have to live there to be affected. And crying my eyes out then and SINCE then, doesn't mean that i'm crazy, maybe just that i'm human. We went to some pretty ugly stuff here a few years ago as well and maybe i can relate.Even if not,if you have a heart you will be affected.

  • arghh.... japanese language is hard......

  • keep making more video Hiroko

You are doing a wonderful job at making these videos and letting the voices of the people be heard. I didn't understand everything that was said but I did catch many words and phrases that I have been studying!

  • @KamedaFamily Well let's just all give up and not do anything, then.

  • Things are very bad, and they're only getting worse... but it's not over yet.

  • If we donate to the Red Cross will more aid continue to go to the Japanese victims?

  • Keep staying strong! We are all in this with you.

  • I wish I could k ow who the one thumb down was so I could slap them across the face!

  • @helloitsjustmenow Don't make too much of a thumbs down. I often click the thumbs down by mistake, or because my computer delays responding to a click for so long, that when it finally does respond, I have moved on, & where I click is where the thumbs down was before I moved the page. Thankfully, a thumbs down can be undone by clicking the thumbs up. 8 )

  • Thank you, Hiroko, as always. :)

  • Hiroko-chan. Thank you for being an incredible person. although, in your case Im sure its not a case of needing to be thanked for your good deeds. Rather it is a simple code of behavior, a principal, a style of living that benefits everyone. I am Honored to know you. well at least on youtube anyway ^_^

  • how are things there now still bad?

  • Thank you for the video thumbs up, I support you.

  • Thanks for the info on japan once again.

  • so the priority for this vid is for japanese people to watch? still, 90% of the people commenting here are people from Europe/America. why?

don't you have any contact with japanese people on here, Hiroko?

  • Hello Hiroko! I think what you are doing is really great and i watch all of your videos even if i cant understand Japanese fully. But i like to know whats going on. Here in Sweden news about how it is in Japan now as stopped. If i want to find news about the situation in Japan i have to check other countrys news site. I want to help more but all i can do is to keep sending money and volunteer work to raise dontations here in Sweden. Take care! Gambare!

  • Much respect for you and all of your hard work.

  • Why are you so emotionally involved with the disaster Hiroko? U come from Miyagi? good job anyway

  • @tobco79 No particular reason...except I was there with the news crew the day after Tsunami hit, and felt the needs to keep delivering the voices of those who are living in this situation and feel "forgotten" and hopeless.

  • @HIROKOCHANNEL

    Hi Hiroko!

You've written the best answer! It is a very good way for the people who are still there and who are probably thinking that the world has forgotten them! Please tell everyone that I will never forget them and that my thoughts are with them every day!

    Frederick from Zurich, Switzerland!

  • Was that lady well spoken, or is it my listening ability is getting better.

  • @tubemasta5000 She is a teacher, so she does speak clear Japanese, but your listening ability must be getting better too! :))

  • @HIROKOCHANNEL I had the same reaction... that lady does indeed seem to speak exceptionally clearly. Plus, it's always good to feel one's listening skills are definitely improving!

Keep up the great work, Hiroko-sama!

  • I want everyone to understand that I'm doing my best uploading this video and add the caption. I'm not getting paid but with the limited time and resource I go up and film and edit and upload, and someone helps me with the translation and adding them in the time code takes a long time. And the priority is of course for Japanese people to watch, and the people who were filmed to know they aren't forgotten.

  • How long do you think it will take for people to get back to there normal life's there?

  • @BahamutDKing 2-3 more months before they can move to temp housing but then they have to start paying for water and electricity, and those who can't afford go back/stay in the evacuation center...so it will take a long time before they can start living like before.

  • Hiroko is awesome :3

  • when you have the subtitles up could you please put up a bulletin or announcement video so we may come back and watch your video.

I hope that's not to 'selfish' to ask of you ...

  • @Typhzorz Hope you read the annotation....(sigh)

  • @HIROKOCHANNEL awww its ok Hiroko chan, we all your doing your best for us to see japan's world and take a rest if its getting to much ^.^ none of us would wanna see you get over-tired and do something silly

    Arisu chan ~

  • @HIROKOCHANNEL Oops, sorry.
