See my posts several down, he was not cuffed and thats a fact, he rolled onto his back initially, he wasn't thrown down. I'm not saying the kid should've been shot, but you can't say he shouldn't have either given the circumstances. I've seen tons of police videos where those being placed under arrest pull a gun and shoot the cop in a second. This is no different, he resisted, his hand was free underneath him.

The Oscar Grant shooting is nothing new. Meaning African Americans have dealt with bullshit like this for a very long time. Back in the old days people ate regular food for breakfast. They still do this in most of the third world. By the way, maple syrup is great and you can get organic raw milk from the farmers market (they are everywhere, even in big cities) for your oats. You can also use rice milk or better yet, make your own milk using almonds it's easy to do. They are some instructional videos here on youtube on how to do it.
