  • Old red Liverly of Indian Railways, we used to see the same long back......my native place is Jaipur and i used to travel a lot by Jaipur Superfast, till now it is one of the best trains in Western Railway and always overtakes Saurashtra Express at Dadar.....................thanks for uploading a Masterpiece.............

  • This is still a classy train, I agree. I remember the train's halt pattern when introduced between Bombay Central and Durgapura - Borivali, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Nagda, Kota, Sawai Madhopur.

  • Ya agreed, but now it is halting at around 17 stations including suwasra, chau mahla, very small stations due to political pressures.....still one of the best trains in Western Railways

  • Yes. The rot started with Bhawani Mandi and Ramganj Mandi. Then they added Shamgarh, Vikramgad Alot, Chau Mahla, Suwasra. Then came Ankleswar, Dahod and Meghanagar. Looks like the last three are going to be removed.

  • The coaches are clean because probably it rained that day as evident from the drops of water on your window bars. Am I correct ?

  • Correct. It started raining as soon as we reached Dadar.

  • while watching this video, I didnt take note of the title of the video and i thought you were going in the opposite direction until I saw the pole pass by at 0:53:)

  • I can understand that. There is no other frame of reference except the poles.

  • I have seen your videos, the sound is the best I have heard in all train videos here on youtube. Good job! What camera is this?

  • Thanks. This was taken using a SONY Hi8 analog camcorder.

  • nice
