In my case I pastured a Carabao, and just because it doesn't show it's emotion doesn't mean it didn't recognize me. Let's forget for a while that they are feasting on dog meat. This is a very excellent video. A classic illustration of cultural interaction. Two Causcasians saw an Asian custom unfolding, joined the fun, chanting toasting and dining on their table, smoke some pipe etc. Just 40 years ago the caucasians were trying to force and change these people to their image and likeness in a ferocious war. Today they learn to respect who they are and shared with their tradition. Isn't that wonderful.

There lots of good Asian in this world and not all are bad and not all eat dogs nor cats. I know that cultures are fake, people were raised on false teachings of their ancestors. Talking about dogs, vietnamese loves to eat dogs. My neighbors were vietnamese and they used dogs for their main dishes. @thethaiapplepieguy In PHilippines dogs and pigs are killed with knife to the throat. They died quicker than pigs in USA which are hang on conveyors, electrocuted and then stab in their throat by machine.
Asians kill their animals based on tools at hand.

@thethaiapplepieguy Most Filipinos of my generation who grow up in farm areas have experienced pasturing a cow or a carabao for farm use. In my case I pastured a Carabao, and just because it doesn't show it's emotion doesn't mean it didn't recognize me. When President Estrada ban Carabao slaughter which were done by few tribes people I was happy. Maybe that's how you feel about dog. Unfortunately people are different. We just have to stay out of each other's choices.
