  • Great upload, if i ever get arrested, i'll tell the officers that this music is coming from inside the cell... by your command.

  • God created man...Man created the Cylon... The Cylon rebelled... Man escaped the Cylon and found a new Earth. 150,000 years later Man created Skynet...Skynet created the Terminators...Skynet and the Terminators rebel...

This has happened before and will happen again....

    again...

    again...

    again...

    again...

    again...

  • You got a point, look what we did to Jesus. The very thing you create will kill you.

  • ha that a very good point how come noones thought of that

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

    Cylon Hybrid scream

  • CANNOT GET THE MUSIC OUT OF MY HEAD

    Guess we're all half cylon

  • One of my favorite BSG scens ever.

I recall gasping once the music really began to start.

Love Kara and love the show.

  • Yep--still sends chills up my spine when I hear it.

  • Definitely...a magical scene!

  • My exact words were, 'What the frak!'.. then Saul Tigh said the same thing, which then made me go 'What the frak!' once again.. then I laughed uncontrollably..

  • Huh? That isn't her dad is it?

  • it is, actually. But she's just seeing him. No one else around can.

  • its also #7 cylon

  • No, it's not actually. That was a common misconception among fans, and RDM stated in his podcast for 'Islanded in a Stream of Stars' that it's not true.

  • hey didn't that menber of the final five that got hit by a bullet say that theres was another cylon beside the other 7 cylon that has appear with in the show?

  • no, not that I know of. He only said that Dainiel (number 7) had been killed off by Cavil. There were no other unknown cylons mentions.

  • Frak me! I LOVE this music, can't get it out of my head...

Do you think I'm a Cylon....?

  • Same here, I might be a Cylon too, where are we meeting?

  • I suggest in the Hangar 2 . . .

    But we should be 4...

Let's wait for the other two of us...

  • Starbuck is frakkn Jesus!

  • this is fuckin frakin awesome

  • starbuck frakkn rocks!!!

  • At 1:56 i love how suprissed saul is to hear that song he looks so scared

  • yeah, I know what you mean. But I'd used the word confused, not scared. Saul Tigh hardly knows the meaning of the word 'fear'

  • I love that scene, just for that music.

  • Any one else get turned on by boomer saying "mmm drink it all yea mmm good"

  • So... I know that Ron said that wasn't the intention, but is Kara's dad ultimately Daniel or not? Does it still fit now, after seeing the finale?

  • It would certainly fit given that her father has a lot of the traits that Ellen says were present in Daniel.

I think Ron Moore left some ambiguity there on purpose, but that's not necessarily a bad thing IMHO.

  • I'd just settle for a spaceship and heading off..

Yeah a 5th season would have been cool,

even though it'd be kind of hard to continue the show now.

  • This has to be on the Soundtrack. A full version of this quality and Bear McCreary could end famine and bring peace on Earth.

  • What a great show. This scene and the Fleet flying into the sun are the two scenes that I will remember BSG by. Nothing else on TV comes close to this show. The last time I felt this bittersweet about a show ending was after the Sopranos finale.

  • Great scene from the 5th season

  • 4th mate. I really really really wish there was a 5th season.

  • Thats the song

  • I was a kid when the original series ran (1978) and the failed Galactica: 1980, but cancellation; no finale or any closure..

I am so glad they remade and re-imagined it in this way. Kudos to Ron Moore. BSG FINALLY has an ending!

If you're familiar with the '78 series, the 'angelic' Gaius and Six (and maybe the 'new' Kara and her father) are probably the 'beings of light' from the original series, guiding Galactica towards Earth.

    Well done!

    So say we all!

  • Was that the episode where the pilots were seeing a bright light and vanishing?!

  • Yes, "The War of the Gods" with Patrick MacNee as Count Iblis. After Apollo, Starbuck, and Sheba were back on Galactica and eating dinner with Adama, they suddenly got up and blurted out the course coordinates for Earth.

The character "John" from "Greetings from Terra" (the guy from the original Knight Rider) is also from this same group.

  • I wish I could find this version of the song without the episode audio. D:

  • It will be on the CD I think.

    So Say We All.

  • This is my favorite scene of the series.

  • best scene ever and that songs gives me the chills when ever i hear it

too bad the serie ended... it was a beautiful end but i would love another season

  • This sounds like an Apocalyptica version of the song. So awesome!

  • Simply AMAZING scene... My favorite one from the entire series... it gave me chills...

    SA SAY WE ALL !

  • I think it made my day when Athena got her revenge on Boomer for kidnapping Hera! That made the finale much more enjoyable...well, that and the chief going all mental on Tory...good times

  • I liked that tory got hers in the end.. but felt sad for boomer.. In the end she proved that she was a caring person/cylon who just wanted to belong and be loved.. Sad stuff, will we get a series as good as BSG? lets hope..

  • BSG was simply the best TV show ever made. I never felt so much emotions and confusion at the same time.

    5 stars for the upload!!

...and So Say We All !!

  • Love BSG!

  • i LOVE bsg!!! ahhh! this was my favorite SCENE in ALL of the episodes; but my favorite episode was deffenitly the FINAL episode! it broke my heartttt though when kara disappears at the end!

  • "What the Frak?"

    Love it!

  • how much of their budget went into just getting a license to mess around with All along the Watchtower

  • So what's the deal, is she crazy or not?

Guys only two more eps left :(

  • What the Frack! ^^

  • I was like "whoa" when i finally figured out it was all along the watch tower. In hindsight, I really shouldn't have been shocked, but I was expecting something else, and took me by surprise.

Love this scene. Thanks for uploading! :)

  • The look on Tigh's face is just... priceless.

  • Yeah you've got to love that one-eyed reaction. haha

  • lol i glanced at your comment and could of sworn you said one eyed erection rofl.

  • lmao!!!! haha

  • hmmm, did Kara say ¨Holy CRAP¨ OR ¨Oh,my CRAP!¨? when it hit her about Hera´s cute drawing...whatever it is i just craked when i heard that nonimportant remark xD

  • *Sob* Damn boomer. And love this song. Good ol JH Music in Battlestar!

  • Frakkkin booomer!!!

  • wow the best tv scene ever,

  • Whaaat the ffffrraack...?!

  • Holy Frak!

I got goosebumps when I saw this the first time, and seeing it now feels like the first time still. This is excellent writing and like any great story, it keeps you interested right up to the end. I love the questions this raises.

  • Oooh I know exactly what you mean! At about 1:56 when Slick sets in those full chords... *shivers* goosebumps man....

  • Brilliant episode! One of the very best scenes I've ever seen!

  • Seems weird that they were so shocked to hear her play it, considering she's married to the guy who plays it (Anders). If I were them, I'd just have assumed he taught it to her.

  • The song creeps em the fuck out, they don't play it for sport.

  • Anders didn't remember playing it until AFTER they got to Earth. And before this piano in Joe's bar they didn't show Galactica having any musical instruments on board for him to teach the Buck on. Besides, it shows some really strength in writing to connect *everything* (from Hera's drawing to Helo and Starbuck listening to Kara's dad in S1) in this scene...

  • i wanna learn how to play this songgggggg :(

  • That scene just gave me the mother frakken chills.

    The good way. UUUUUH!

  • Wow Tigh looks spooked in this scene, "What the Frack???" So 2 questions now. What is Starbuck? Because the end is near. Who was the guy with her that dissapears her farther or an angel?

  • It might even be Cylon projection (like Head Six with Baltar). The Buck might be connected to Number 7 (Daniel model), who knows... Only 3 eps to go..

  • whatta frak!!!!

  • ((but if thats the case, then the unaltered Six is broadcasting into baltar's head -- why baltar? why is he receptive to it? what's so special about Baltar?))

  • -->I'm still wondering what John/Cavil meant when he told Ellen to remake the resurection hub "at the colony" (what colony? earth?) he made it sound like the cylons had a planet/base somewhere in the area, where, presumably, the final five had created the seven skinjobs 40 years ago. they must have some sort of computer infrastructure there. and thats probably where the unaltered copies of the Seven (plus Daniel) are broadcasting from.

  • Did you see the finale...?

  • Yeah i saw the finale, what a disappointment on some levels. However I loved it, it was a nice episode, but it could have been way more than what it turned out.

For example, answering at least -some- of the questions, instead of none.

  • Some? I felt it answered, pretty much, every question...

  • Chances for a third season are very slim...:(

  • remember Cavil wiped their memories and sent them to live with the humans (the final five). but now they know they are cylon. this is obviously NOT what cavil intended.cavil's plan is being foiled, by the entity responsible for the music;the only reason the five got 'switched on' is because of the song, and this is against cavil's wishes. somehow the fleet moved within range of wherever the song was being broadcast from-- but where?

  • Kara learned it from her dad.

Her dad is daniel the 7th cylon.

Daniel is "dead" / his consciousness exists "only" in the download buffer / he used the song to revive old memories in his parents (because) he's working to foil Cavil's plans from beyond the grave.

  • LOVED!!! Pretty Sweet Episode and that Song just made it so much better :)

  • i came when i heard that song...

  • We love ya Buckie! <3

  • This had better be on the last soundtrack!

  • Easily one of the great episodes of this season: that last scene + Kara's craziness throughout, Boomer frackin Helo in front of Athena, Chief and Boomer's house...fantastic episode.

  • What the Frak?

    -Funniest line yet :)

  • great episode right there

  • Frakkkkk !!!
