Hi! I must ask you .. the thing about heat spray protectors, I bought one from Catwalk Tigi - Sprintz & Shine and when i use it - before and after i use a straighning device - , my hair gets all sticky.. the hair itself, my fingers whenever i touch it, it kinda starting to annoy me , and the stickiness doesn't go away till i wash it off. Is that supposed to happen or this is just one bad heat safe styler? thank you.

great video. cool eye shadow. anyway, for your heat protection, find a product with one of the main ingredients being cyclomethicon. it wont weigh your hair down.(big sexy shine spray,etc...) be careful of that fortiying biolage. it will end up breaking your hair off. try that tigi superstar line. kinda heavy, but great on volume.

So you are switching from the thermafuse to both L'anza products? I use SPX too and I always have a really hard time maintaining my color.

Treatments do help your hair if you get good ones... But you do need to use one to keep it in good condition. My hair felt like jelly because I've bleached it too much and I have a few really good treatments and it repaired it and it no longer feels like jelly...

hey, nice vids, and omg amazing hair! i used to have light blode hair, but lately it has turned darker/mousy :( so i highlight it when i go to the hairdressers, recently though i dyed parts of it pink with stargazer, but SG last so short:( now i have to go on a budget so i wonder if you could reccomend any drugstore brand/budget shampoo/conditioner that will make my pink last longer ? :) cheer!

Just an FYI about sulfate free...it will lather once all the product and oil is out of your hair...try rinsing it and washing it again until it does lather. Sometimes I have to wash mine like 3-4 times if I used a lot of product in it. Love the videos! Subscribing now~!

I noticed that SOME Sally's stores will carry, while others don't. I've been going to my Sally's so much with my hair dyed with Sfx that they're going to talk to their manager about carrying it here. So I'd def ask the stores near you if they'd consider carrying it. =)

yes, you have to bleach it for the pink to stick..and it's technically a semi-permanent but it never comes all the way out, it leaves a stain.

Well, I gave suggestions for products that make my hair soft, but to be honest, a lot of it is genetics. I have naturally fine, straight, shiny hair. On the down side, it's flat and a terrible shade of dirty blonde.

If you hvae colored hair, you really need to use a sulfate free shampoo that is designed for color care. And I'm pretty sure no shampoo cna make your hair dry straight, that seems like a load of.....not-trueness.

I've been dying my hair reds and pinks for the last 10 yrs and find(depending on what kind of dye you use) put some dye(not much) in your conditioner and shake it up. I let the conditioner sit for 10mins in my hair before rinsing it out and I find it help prolong the life of my colour, not by much but by some :)

Hi new fan! LO! Well, I've heard of this method before, But I have a few concerns about it, A, My hiar is really fine, and 10 mins with conditioner in it would make my hair FLAT. B, !0 mins in the shower that would be wasted is in h2o waste, and C, I'm pretty sure my hands would get dyed! But never the less, thank you for your tip! ^_^

Lol, I totally understand. I have super thick hair so I love ten mins of conditioner :) As for wasting water, sometime I do other things outside the shower while I let the conditioner set and use gloves to wash it out :D

You can still bleach your hair and not mess it up. You just need to find somebody who knows what they're doing. I've gone from blonde to black and black to blonde and i've had to bleach my hair to get all the crazy colors like blue and purple out and I have really fine hair but it's never been damaged.

I think the finer your hair, the less damage. I think thicker coarser hair gets damaged a lot more that fine hair. I have fine hair, which i why I can do a lot to it. But I don't recommend doing that because not everyone's hair can take it.

What I used to do when I had magenta panels was I would wash my hair upside down to ensure that I only shampooed the roots. I would also only wash it every other day, but I would condition it everyday. I was able to go almost 6 weeks without touching it up.

Gone are the days of pink bathtubs, sinks, towels and pillow cases...for now!

re-dye if you have to (sometimes you need color build up) use high quality sulfate-free shampoo, and wash and rinse in COLD water.

everyone's hair is different, but sulfate-free shampoo that is intended to colored hair is the best possible way to keep your color longer. I know I HAVE to wash mine every day or I feel GROSS! try concentrating the shampoo and the roots and don't work it though all you hair. Wash and rinse with COLD (i mean BRRR cold) water, and WAY less color will come out. (like, the coldness should make you jump....yeah, but your hair will be red& shiny)
