I was fortunate enough to see Dave and the band play very shortly after 9/11/01 here in the Detroit area. Not only were they absolutely amazing and played every beat and general public song you could ever think of but Dave was amazing in a short medley of Bob Marley. I will always remember that show. E

AWESOME! I wish they played that song when I saw him in Detroit! Next time he comes around- I am definitely going to be at the show! (and Dave better play this song).

However, he did play "Never You Done That" at the concert, which, in a way, makes up for everything.

The Somerville Theatre is awesome ! MANY great bands have played there.Also, there is the Middle East club in Cambridge. The Beat used to play at another great club in Boston that is no longer there, THE CHANNEL !

If it wasnt for Andy Cox & David Steele not wanting for all of them to hook up again..we would have them making more music together. Bands Reunited tried but those two were acting like punk kids not wanting to reunite.
