I have a question, Do you have to refresh the page in order to see the them? Because I can never see the person untill i refresh but then i go straight into the waiting room :( So how can i see the video without refreshing?
ive been waiting for someone to make a video like this. the biggest problem i have with them is the amount of ads they make us watch. especially the "interactive ads" that come up right when you enter a show. these interactive ads block out the sound of the host and for about a minute, the host and the viewer cannot communicate. so therefore the viewers always have to type " sorry i have an ad, can u wait for a minute" meanwhile the host is wondering why the viewer isnt answering them.
How come when I watch a broad cast and want to type in the chat box, after a few minutes, it says my nickname is being used in another blog tv window. This happens even when I'm using a real account (not guest) and when I only have blog tv up in one tab. Help.
First, I noted all the things that I saw or thought of as needing improvement or creation. Then I refined the idea. Good quality screen captures were taken so I could edit the images for the 39 frames. After rehearsing, I used CamStudio to capture the scrolling & pointing then used Super Converter to trim to final size thus removing the camstudio logo. Finally a lot of editing to minimize total time while resynching the narration with the visual.
The system generated messages use red, and it is very helpful to see the difference quickly to pick out the key words while still reading the actual chat. This is much more important in a fast moving chat.
These are really great ideas, although I think some of them are probably more trouble than they're worth to implement at the moment (such as changing the cohost window per user specifications). Many of them are things that should be addressed soon though.
And great job with the editing here - if I tried to do that with visuals it would be like drawing with crayons, haha!
Oh and my favorite is to be able to "kick" or "ban" after they leave the room. EXACTLY. That's how a lot of spammers do it, they blast the room and then leave before I can kick/ban them so this would solve that. Also, giving a "lead op" the ability to ban viewers rocks. And the "lead op" can also start and stop video recordings?! AMAZING! It's like, you KNOW me. haha Great job!

I love the separating "kick" and "ban" to lower place, "lead op", status symbols (vol. left, banned, etc.), "refresh feed" button, LINKS from text bar above chat box, more spacing between buttons, more color options.... gosh. I agree with every, single solitary one of these ideas, even though 9) sounds like the Perma-Op feature that already exists but then it would help to be able to give that option to those in the friend list that don't already have it. Everything else, I love.

Standing OPs became Perma-OPs a month after I started this. There is a slight gradient in the greyscale background, so I could only move partial names up or down one without the difference showing up. Kudos for first to comment about it!
I dropped the sentence about SomethingSardonic being too busy bird watching to be online. Only a few people would have gotten that anyway. :)
I agree with the red bold text, it is too hard to see the kicked, banned, and op messages. It would be nice to have the option for Do Not Disturb that allows friends and operators to still contact you, which helps when an Op needs to communicate with a host about kicking or some other neccessary communication. We should be able to kick or ban people who were recently in the room but have already left, which would really help with the spammers who post and leave quickly. I agree with your 16!
They should make it that you can be un-kicked. Hate when someone messes up and i cant join in on the show

you should be able to see who kicks you. Sometimes you get kicked by someone abusing their power without warning you or anything.

Hi,

I think hosts should not be able to be kicked by ops. That just seems ridiculous when it's the host's show.
I don't think a person who was kicked should be able to log back in after 10 minutes (or has that changed), which brings in your #12.
You should really put more thought into this, vclamp. LOL!! Ha! I kid. Well thought-out!

quality of: 1280x720 video source ≈ &fmt=22 > &fmt=18 > HD > &fmt=6 > Normal
In some ways, the &fmt=22 version is better than the original video. The darkening of the yellow occurs mostly in the HD source video. Hmmm
