@crash53456 the lines with no numbers are muted strings which means you have to strum them and it doesn't matter if you hold a fret/button or not. the lines with 0's are open strings so you don't hold anything.
@Lucario1121 If I you are talking about when the lines of a held note/chord bend left or right a little it is just representing a slide up or down. You do not have to actually slide your hand it just shows you where the guitarist slides his notes.
