I have every album Kim's done but I'm not a fan of the two songs I've heard so far off Snapshots. I think she did great covers with 'Hangin' On' and 'If I Can't Have You' but Kim has a unique sounding voice, which doesn't work with every song and is better suited to original material. Oh well, 'Come Out And Play' was a brilliant original album and I can wait another year or two for her next album of originals.
I might add she' only ever seems to get 2/3 releases an album-even in the 80s & even in countries supposed to love her! A combination of her laziness, detachment from her own stuff & the complete indifference & uselessness of every label she's been on! Which is worse than ever now she's the "wrong side of 40"-her total absence from the UK reagrding her own stuff says it all-& she's ours! Typically, while this covers CD isn't the neatest idea, trust her to shorten the length of the originals!

I admire Kim for tackling this one. Such a difficult vocal to pull off. Personally, i don't think Kim's voice is suited to this song and lacks the necessary power at times but she gives it her best and it doesn't sound too bad.
Whoever did her make-up needs to be SHOT. IN THE GROIN. Now.
Kim is a beautiful lady, but you can't paint her face beige when her hair is already yellowed with bleach, and you didn't put a light contract around the edge of her lips--which have become her most beautiful asset now that she's in her forties.
THE MAIN REASON you deserve to get shot is because of her god awful penciled in eyebrows!! They look like an MS patient was handled a Sharpie.
@CaptainHurricane What you are saying is your opinion - and I think you are wrong - I am from the USA where Tasmin's single peaked at 32 on the Hot 100 - and I really loved that song when it came out - when I saw Kim's version in snippets of the album - I was not overly impressed - but Kim (no matter what age) can light up the night - and oh boy - she had some really good people behind this video. I give Kim an A+ here!!!!!!!!

Kim shows she can own the song herself with her own expression, yet she maintains the mystique that Tasmin brought to the original. Plus I've always enjoyed Kim's smooth polished voice!
Nice video and good version BUT I dont understand why she is releasing 2 singles from the covers album yet her last amazing album only had one single last year! And Addicted To You should have been a single more than covers! ARGH!!!!
