@AndySamVids that's probably because you still have it set to default kens burns. Click on the photo and choose crop. Then just crop it until it fits. if you can't get it to fit try taking a screen shot of your computer (command + shift + 3) then deleteing everything on the screenshot and pasting your design in the middle. This gives it more space to crop
@MAN2DRAGON For the black bars, (widescreen lol) you could hit "command" + "J" at the same time and change the aspect ratio from 16:9 to 4:3. If your video was shot in widescreen it should automatically add them. If in full screen it won't make a difference. You could also make two black bars in paintbrush and then go into preview and delete the white with instant alpha. then drag the picture over your video and select "cutaway". As for making the watermark stay the whole time, just drag it out
@MAN2DRAGON I have another video on my channel that explains how to make a picture watermark, and has links to download the free software needed and how to manipulate photos.

can you make this transparent?

@AndySamVids Not really. I guess if you were working with a semi-transparent picture you could.

sorry one more thing, how do you make sure the water mark stays for an entire video, even if its made up of different clips and transitions :D

@KryptoniteAceHD Yeah. I just recently figured that out. You have to do it differently though. If you like I will make a tutorial as soon as I can :)
