Your sims have an extra dance option [Club Dance] if you have the expansion pack [Sims 3 Late Night].....that is the dance that the sim is doing in this video.... (Thumbs up so people can see)
To get the dance you don't need to be a celebrity or get the oppurtunity. You just need to bring your regular sim to a dance club / bar / dive bar / lounge / whatever and have them dance on the dance floor for a few hours. Once they come home you can either buy a dance floor, buy a stereo, or go to another club and try and click on the dance floor or stereo and if it comes up as Dance... Club Dance you have done it!

you can make your sim learn that by going much to disco's and clubs to dance, then they'll learn it after some time.

Must love that hidden Club Dance skill. I wonder how long sims need to dance to become this good. Probably a few weeks or so.
