Jesus didn't say to celebrate His birth, but He didn't say not to either. As I recall, Paul wrote that people can pretty much pick whatever holidays they want to celebrate as long as they celebrate them to God.
Those who do nbot celebrate the birth of Christ, do they celebrate their own?
If so, why do they not think it important to celebrate the birth of the One so much greater than themselves?
Of course Jesus didn't call us to celebrate His birth. For starters, He was the most humble of men. Nor would He ever say we should celebrate our own birth......but we do. Nothing wrong with that.
That said, I believe we SHOULD celebrate the birth of Christ. Not just once a year, but 365 days a year.
