how'd you get the zoom to work on your camera? I have the same kind of camera but i can't get the zoom to work when i'm recording videos.

@XSwitchbladeXSaintX thanks for watching.  Turn on your digital zoom on the camera in your settings and you will have more zoom. Hope this helps.
