I've never encountered any miracles in my life, but I've believed in Jesus Christ all my life in some level. After I started reading the Bible, my faith got stronger. I had earlier some intuitive insights in my mind or sense and they were confirmed in the Bible. That's my miracle. Maybe it was the Holy spirit working within me. Can't prove it, but I believe it =)

I went searching for God, reading the New Testament. Boy did I get the shock of my life. I found him. The Holy Spirit came upon me. Seven years later, Jesus came to me. All true born again meet Jesus Christ. Like others, I wanted to look at his face, but my shame wouldn't let me. God is real, Jesus lives
I had that supernatural encounter too and just to let you know you are not the only 1.The Lord Jesus is now calling His own in spectacular way to COME BACK TO GOD.
The wind gusts were a coincidence. What was not, was the design of that paper. It's no coincidence it says "Especially for you". It's especially targetting people who are down in life. If faith helps you, that's fine, but keep in mind that just because something is true for you doesn't mean it's true universally.
Which is what Pontius Pilate said and or reasoned with also before deciding what to do with Jesus he asked...."what is truth?" In essence Pontius asked for all of mankind...what is truth? Jesus answers...I AM the way, the truth and the life no man comes to father except by me.
Please do not over complicate the bible. Its message is so simple most people miss it. They expect it to be hard and complicated...its not. Jesus offers eternal life to those that believe He is the saviour of the world.

I prayed to be saved and as soon as the prayer ended out of nowhere these three massive gusts of wind came. There were other people there looking at each other with a puzzled look on their faces just like me. No one knows better than God. But I can't put that event in my life down to coincidence....I just can't.

I did not know nothing about Jesus, but wanted to know the truth, no matter if I liked what I heard or didn't like what I heard as long as it was the whole truth. Weeks later this lady stopped me in the street and testified of Jesus. That was back in 1982. Welcome to the family of God.

Now go to a bible believing church to help you grow in your faith and most importantly READ the bible and pray to God- ask God to help you and you can ask for anything that will help you in your faith. I'm not doubting your sincerity,but I do think you are delusional for thinking it was magic. It's very common occurrence to find such things considering the amount of street preachers there are. I see street preachers almost all the time in the city.People usually take these pamphlets when offered so they don't feel bad for the preacher.Then the pamphlets get discarded or blown away all over the place. It's not magic.
I did not say it was magic. Magic is pulling a rabbit out of a hat. What I am saying is God directly and on purpose spoke to me at a moment when I needed it the most. I am telling you the moment before that paper hit my leg I was in TOTAL despair! The timing of it was perfect and lo and behold God is perfect. This was not a coincidence just like you talking to me now is not a coincidence.
God spoke to you? So you read the words and in your thoughts created this character and you believe it to be real? I've had times when I was in total despair and a friend would call me up and cheer me up. This is so weird man, I can understand depression I've been there.
You make it sound like an imaginary friend. I suppose you have to know that before that moment I had never read the bible. I had heard of Jesus but I did not have the knowledge of Him I have now. And the knowledge I have now only reinforces what happened on that day. I have lots of friends and family but NONE of them could help me out with this kind of despair. I used to look at Christians and wonder and often laugh at what they believed in. Now I wish others could understand and know Jesus.
Well knowing what is non-fiction and fiction is important when it comes to reading. Ironically I found comfort in non-fiction books too but I don't form some kind of identity with them and make them out to be true. I just don't understand faith mate and every time I get close to it well it just confuses me. Makes me feel like it shouldn't ever be there in the first place.
Funny that you are from Ozzie I am from NZ living in the USA. Anyway to understand faith you have to read. So read the four gospels. Begin with Matthew, Mark, Luke then John. Believe me when you read them it will all make sense.
