Oh hello! Have you considered - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some super things about it and my father got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.
@lavenderinjune you can always alternate any exercise, in a way in which, is more conducive to you. this is not a neck exercise so the focus & concentration should be solely on the abs. doing situps is always risky on the neck so alter this in a way in which your neck wont be placed at risk but focus on the abs!!!!
@kennyfame hu? That is exactly what I was saying about her... She as a 'world-famous' fitness coach should know better to pull up and shift forward her neck during an ABS workout... I wasn't talking about me, you know? I did in no way imply that I was going to follow her in that awful rendition of situps...

Its questionable if she ever had a dance career, broadway career, or ever is certified to be a fitness trainer. But I give her credit for being inovatinve enough to change the way people view workouts. Her techniques are inovative even if she did make them up herself. I proceed with caution knowing she just a novice but everything got to start from somewhere
Does anyone know how to download a video from youtube? I've found a lot of videos I enjoy of Tracy Andersons but I don't know how to get them. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
@sxyynggrl4u for some reason, youtube wont let me link the download. but if you google, 'youtube converter' and find dvd video soft. there is a package that gives you converters so just normal video download, video to mp3 etc. hope this helps.

I've just completed this mini workout and I think it's awesome!! My abs aren't too bad, just needs a little tweak. Could definitely see a difference. I'm gonna do it again!!
@p0pc0rn00 After a while of working out to her video's it wont seem so all over the place because she does most exercises over & over. Tracy has a certain style of exercising it will become natural you'll figure out her next move; in no time ot took me about a week.
@p0pc0rn00 it becomes more clear if you're familiar with her style. If you regularly purchase her video's or follow her methods, you'll notice she does the same movements again and again so you begin to naturely figure out her next move.
Tracy anderson videos make me think of the stepford wives workout. It seriously seems weak. Although, I'm not looking for the little wimpy woman body type, i like being bigger and stronger and looking stronger. So maybe that's why i don't find this appealing.
@oliverose18 Me too.I like a little muscles. Also I like my body more feminine. curves and so on. That hip thing what she does at the end is fun cause I like to dance and that goes with music and i feel my abs. But usually I go to gym so I really don't exercise this kind of things at home. have a good work outs :)
@oliverose18 You're right -- Tracy's workouts do "seem weak" but her whole theory is movement that targets the smaller support muscles results in a smaller, tighter body -- and if you look at her and her devotees you see her method works exactly that way, so if you like a "bigger" result this is not the workout for you.
