  • I could run a mile in 6 min 42 sec in 7th grade second fastest well I have more endurance less speed really I'm a 9th grader now and am still with going to buds training any tips. And I'm not braging cause every one did it in my school in Colorado I also go to Louisiana with my dad and swim in the gulf.

  • @outdoorsman443 Olympic Runners do a Mile in 5 minutes. There is no way in hell you did a mile in 6 minutes. Especially at that age.

  • @ismellleaksmoke i ran a 6:13 at the end of 8th grade

  • @TheModificatioNation So you ran a mile in 6 minutes 13 seconds? Really? I mean, lets use Science here, you were in 8th grade; muscles weren't developed yet. Your legs weren't long enough, and you weren't that mentally tough. Yet you ran a MINUTE slower than an OLYMPIC RUNNER? Who spend his/her life training?

Yes, of course you did. Most guys at BUDs can't even do that.

  • @ismellleaksmoke lets see, i ran almost everyday. i was on a travel soccer team. and weighed significantly less than i do now. also the olympic runners run times in the low 4's so i was actually about 2 minutes slower, not one. i consulted my friend on this question and he said he was at a high-school track meet because hes on the team and there was 1 or 2 kids running 4:45-4:50. also the guys in buds are running in boot and pants on the sand (which slows you down). 6:13 would be slow for them

  • @TheModificatioNation Bahahahaha 4:45 a MILE? That right there, sir, is hilarious. Seriously. These "kids" would need to SPRINT for a WHOLE MILE to achieve something like that.

Also, it's "BUD/s" not "buds". Spell it correctly next time. And sand and boots slow them down? I've done the 4 mile run in boots, with a ruck sack on IN sand. I came in 29:30, and I'm 15. I doubt it slows you down, the only thing that slows you down if your will to quit.

  • @ismellleaksmoke anyone who insults someone else's capitolization obviously has nothing better to say, and are you trying to tell me extra weight doesnt slow you down?

  • @TheModificatioNation You're only going to argue about the capitalization? But why not about the time difference? Ah, I know, because I'm right..

I'm not arguing about that, I'm TELLING you. The correct way is "BUD/s" not "buds". Get it right next time.

  • @ismellleaksmoke just go look it up

  • @ismellleaksmoke in 5th grade i ran my mile in 5:14. I was number 2 in our state tho at the time for UIL. Olympic runners run in the low 4 minute range man. its very believable. My girlfriend from highschool ran a 4:54 during state her freshman year. look it up. Sarah Andrews, Texas. She runs for oregon now lol.

  • @bigdahhwg That entire thing is just layered with bullshit. Bullshit after bullshit after bullshit.

Anyway, man. Your stories don't impress me. Let's just end it now and save yourself from further embarrassment.

  • i wish i had a neighbor like that

  • oh excuse me, bud/s, cuz i know someones gonna say something about that

  • MARINES CANT GO TO BUDS AAAAAH. coast guard can though.

  • im planning to join njrotc in highschool & nrotc in colledge. i want to be a officer in the us navy seals. and if there is one thing i like so far about the training im seeing, its that it looks SUPER difficult but the guy next to you is going through the same thing to.it makes me feel like sayin im not alone. (i a cival air patrol tech sargeant)

  • How are more Marines SEALs if you have to be in the NAVY to try out for BUD/s.

Where the fuck do people hear this bullshit?

  • @Reaction92 Look it up, Marines can become SEALs just like any Navy sailor because they are both part of the same branch. The Marine Corps is the infantry/ground legs of the Navy. So it is the same process that any Navy personnel go through. And that is no BS. You can ask any Marine Corps or Navy recruiter.

  • @Grunt51001 No, you can't. The Marine Corps is the department of the Navy. You need a NAVY Special Warfare contract in order to go to BUDs. You need to go to a NAVY Recruiter to even get into DEP. The USMC has their own SOF and that's Force Recon. Can a sailor try out for Force Recon Marines? NO, because they're NAVY.

  • @Reaction92 Please do your homework before you comment, the Marines are the one branch that can cross train into any SF programs such as the Rangers and SEAL/s. The Marines are actaully a sub branch of the Navy in fact.

So you don't HAVE to be in the Navy per-say, to be a SEAL. It's kind of a yes and no type of answer.

  • @juanitto4700 When I was at the Marine office they showed me the book of where Marine Spec Ops train to hone their skills. Guess what wasn't listed, BUD/s. Why would the Marines or MARSOC waste so much money on training an individual just to be considered apart of another branch's programs? By the way, the recruiter proceeded to tell me "Marines can't be SEALs.. You have to be in the N A V Y"

  • @Reaction92 Look again sir,...

  • @Reaction92 marines transfer to another branch-------NAVY

  • I can't wait for it, I ship off on August 3rd to boot camp as a FMF Corpman, after about a year of field work I'm off to BUD/S then after all that I will reach me goal as this worlds finest worrier. I wish everyone else with this dream luck, and hope for some towards myself, hooya.

  • Did any of these guys ever go to BUD/S?

  • @TheLuciferianAvatar I don't think so.

  • @Oxstayne If your right then this video is an epic fail.

  • @TheLuciferianAvatar Yeah, am not sure though. I mean this PT does look kinda challenging, but nothing compared to Hell Week. I personally think, to prepare for BUD/s you must to MT (Mental Training) not PT. It's 10% physical, 90% mental.

  • @Oxstayne I cant tell, not enough footage to get a good look at what theyre doing. Holy shit...do you plan on going? and I think BUD/S is 100% suck.

  • @TheLuciferianAvatar Yeah, I would to Joint the Navy and go to BUD/s.

  • i think this is why womens are never in the special forces

if the special force got captured then what would you think will happen to the females

  • This would be so awesome, i wish someone did this in my neighborhood ...

  • Just so you can shoot some dictator threw the head at 500 yds at night, the same dictator who just a few years ago was a friend of the US and installed by the CIA. Become a doctor or a school teacher instead and let the elite NWO scumbag drug dealing bankers murder their own enemies!

Fri 6 mile run (am), circuits focusing on press ups, sprints, scrunches, medicine ball work (6pm)

Sat Either 10 mile run in morning or rest day

    Sun Swimming 1km

Also fell running up to 20 mile distance when possible - great for endurance and altitude.

  • Right for all the people who are feuding about SEALS and SAS chill out. They are both excellent units in their own right. The SAS are the template for all SFs and the man who formed Delta originally did so after being on exchange with 22SAS. However, I know guys who have served UKSF, USSF and Israeli SFs, they are all awesome operators and units. The whole who is better is not a relevant argument as they all have their specialisations. My next comment is a WO good for SF...

  • i wish more than anything that we had a program like that at my school

  • School need more guys like John and less ''look-at-me-sport-teacher''

  • THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A FORMER SEAL.

  • @groves1990 Uh yes there is... You're stupid, your thinking this way far... Former SEAL = Retired SEAL... yes a SEAL may get discharged.. but he's still a SEAL.. thats what your thinking.... in other words.. you should say, theres no such thing as a ex-SEAL... ex = dishonorable discharged... former = honorably discharged

  • @groves1990 what does former mean?

  • @greegarrett1 He was a Seal

  • @FreeWillFreeRide i know that :). I was replying to the idiot who said, "theres no such thing as a former SEAL"

  • @greegarrett1 use to be

  • I wish there was this kind of work out here in Seattle area

  • @gunvor69 Go buy some weights and some running shoes and you are set.

  • @TCNcos I meant a motivator lol I have all that

  • @mrpoopdaddy LOL I know what they have been through.... a walk in the park :)

  • If anyone knows of any person or any place that does this type of training in or around the Bay Area, specifically around Pleasant Hill, CA, please email me and let me know. I want to be a SEAL and i want to get in on some intensive training. My email is mr_psycho55@yahoo.com.

  • man, why cant they have anything like this in MA.

  • i wanna do this type of shit, but im gonna go rangers

  • SEALS ARE PUSSIES! The SAS would make mince meat out of them. The seals idea of a workout is, about a strenuous as pushing a dump out of my ass

  • @myfacevids you must be a cub,cause ya aint a man asshole

  • @myfacevids

Tough pussy babbling on youtube... CLASSIC...

  • @vr4evo LOL come on you know the SAS would spread the seals like butter all over the floor

  • @myfacevids Once again, A tough pussy babbling on youtube, GO BACK TO Call Of Duty stupid Wank,

  • @vr4evo LOL are getting defensive are we, doing your own babbling... desperate to find a comback lol. PUSSY!

  • @myfacevids

    babble babble goes the bitch

  • @myfacevids Unsuccessful troll is unsuccessful.

  • where do u live so ican do this typeof training......if u live in cali. please let me no

  • im gowing to be a seal when i grow up

  • Women have already proven to not be emotionally stable enough to kill consecutively, run endlessly, and have the same attitude as men in a shitty situations.I'm not sexist but this is a fact.

  • @arminom...now why am I stupid??what did I say that was wrong???

  • Seals are pussies!

  • @myfacevids you are fucking wrong men seals are not pussies you maybe are pussie to be a navy seal so shut the fuck up

  • @tmessinis LOL navy seals, lol

  • @myfacevids join up or shut up ass h9ole

  • @tommyguns4941 LOL, I did join them...they were called the CUB SCOUTS, and I have to tell you the cub scouts were more elite than them :)

  • the reason women cant be seals are as follows,

if she is wounded that would disable the rest of the team trying to tend to her needs

and thus compromising the mission at hand .

not saying that they cant do it it just would put the teams at risk

  • @StopTheManNow You're fucking stupid.

  • This has developed in SEAL Strong Nation, you check out our you tube page or website.

  • @SEALStrongNation Hey any tips for becoming a SEAL ?? Im only 13 but i know i want to be one , im already training . Im on the swim team , i have goood grades and im a really good runner . Once im in high school ill be on water polo . One scary thing about BUDS to me looks like pool . Particularly swimming 50 yards underwater , any tips for that ??

  • Officer Candidate School.

  • I wish there was something like this in Ohio.

  • Head to seal beach, give 3 years of life, head back to Ohio. Start training people

  • we do have something like this in Ohio... it takes place at the Gahanna YMCA

  • is there a place to do this near chico california?

if so send me a message on here please

  • ask your recruiter... they should have one. He/She should know.

  • @GrizzlyLeber oh cool thanks :)

  • anything like this in Roswell, Georgia?

  • It pays to be a winner!

  • great to see people like that!! Hard training all the way wish i had a few that would train like that with me!!

Respect to all Seals and all soldiers

  • That's the way to do it.. train way before you go. No one knows what to expect at bud/s so its best to be as physically fit as possible and remember: with pain comes discipline. Hooyah.

  • thats great for them

and shit who cares...Army, Marines, Navy

they all deserve respect so grow up

I wish this person was in Orlando so I could train with him

  • Good for Force Recon. SEALs all the way. After College gonna be joining the Navy OCS then off to bud/s. Hope those kids make it through bud/s rooting for them.

  • whats Navy OCS

  • @rwomack1 i hope you make it because the instructors will put more pressure on you since you will be leading the team.... good luck man!

  • wouldn't they more likely be with a ranger than a green beret

  • hi..

    I want to join this

  • anyone in Los Angeles CA doing this?

  • Im not doin it yet, but im just waitin to take the test for the navy. i wanna become a navy seal :P

  • I live near hwood where do you live at, i'll be down to do this if you find someone.

  • You have no idea what you're talking about. Force Recon are highly capable Marines, the equivalent of any SEAL, and with many of the same capabilities. Perhaps you mean Battalion Recon?

Anyway, this is an awesome program and i'm really proud of these kids.

  • Force Recon is without a doubt highly trained and an elite unit, however, they are far from equivalent to "any SEAL"...one of my good friends was a Force Recon for 8 years and he admits the training was incredibly tough, and the missions even worst...but SEALs are on a different level. Battalion Recon and Force Recon are the same thing, the difference who leads them and Recon's receive a longer pipeline.

  • really motivational vid

  • yea it is a motivational vid hoggg11

  • HOOYAH!

  • that is not because i am a pious a s s but telling you the plain truth there are many reasons for it most of the strongest points already listed below so cut crap there's certain things that women are meant to do and certain things men are meant to do there are differences between the two and if your just to ignorant and naive to see that because of a dream that clearly defies that law of nature then you deserve an EPIC FAIL open your eyes to reality fyi you want war theres no room for b.s

  • well usually on this hot topics i like to go off on the poor fools opposing my generally correct side not to be ignorant or cocky but youtube viewers that comment like to be retarded such as this a girl who wants to be a Seal but "Parker739" did a fantastic job on that so i see no need to be redundant but just stick my fork in the ground if you had any type of brain and was a bit serious about it you would have found out women cannot be as many people already said Seals and you will never be

  • You need mental and emotionally strength more importantly. I agree with Parker. Woman cant be SEALS and i dont think thats gunna change anytime soon

  • (comment 4)...the true blue simple fact is that a woman is not going to be able to meet the physical standards needed for BUD/S. The weakest man in BUD/S probably would equal the toughest/strongest female candidate. I know some hard ass, IN SHAPE females..best of them can do 6 pullups. Not gunna cut it. If EIGHTY FIVE PERCENT of the navys FINEST soldiers cant pass bud/s, how will a woman? (the question is asking of there naturally weaker physical bodies, not mental capabilities). Cheers+

  • i agree with this parker guy. i'd much rather defend woman than fight by her side.

  • @Parker739 It's not just "85% of the NAVY's finest"...it's 85% of all candidates. Marines can go in the SEAL's too...take it from a guy who's prior Navy that worked with the Marines. Hell, my wife agree's and was a Chief in the Navy, women shouldn't be on the the front lines of war.

  • @ZenMonkey81 Marines cannot go to BUD/S. A Marine can request a transfer to the Navy and try attain a BUD/S billet that way, but a Marine cannot attend BUD/S as a Marine.

  • @Parker739 It's a lateral move...you go from one service to the other. Navy can't go to the Marines, but a Marine can become a SEAL. Once through with BUD/S and actually accepted as a SEAL they'd be Navy. As far as I know, that only applies to officers. You can however, be Marine, and go through BUD/S.

  • @ZenMonkey81 No you can't. It's talked about in Dick Couch's The Warrior Elite...a Marine officer wanted to be a SEAL but since Marines cant go through BUD/S he enlisted in the Navy after his contract was up with the Marines. I don't know why this concept is so hard for people to grasp...only Navy personnel can go through BUD/S, and only prospective SEALs attend (not EOD, not SWCC, etc).

  • @Parker739 No, you're right. What was I thinking, being in the military and all and seeing it first hand. You must be right, I mean, you "read" it.

  • @ZenMonkey81 I could throw up my credentials on the internet as well but the simple truth is that with no proof of credibility, yours words are nothing but that of another YouTuber. Rather, I cited a text from a real SEAL, but apparently thats not good enough. You speak as if being "in the military" somehow makes you a credible and knowledgeable source... that means nothing. Unless you're claiming to be a SEAL, you have no more knowledge than I. Visit socnet / . / com and ask a SEAL yourself.

  • @ZenMonkey81 Marine s can't go to BUDS

  • (comment 3)... in training and missions alike, you shower and are medically screened in a group environment (Hellweek espeicially), so naked woman and naked men=problems. Men would not be able to build trust in female team members, they would feel that they would be weak and that is unexceptable for unit cohesion. Did I mention that women arn't excepted in the Middle East (that in and of itself is enough for disqualification).

  • (comment 2)... Next in line, military credibility on an international scale. So you're in a Middle Eastern country where woman are thought to be inferior and your SEAL team is trying to build an informant web in a city. Do you think a single Muslim man would disgrace himself by negotiating with a woman? No, he wouldn't. Next, men are built to protect woman. Seeing a woman getting blown up and shot down...not so good for morale.

  • i want to be a navy seal and im training pretty hard

  • I wish there was someone like this in my area...your doing something great for our nation...thank you

  • i wish there was a guy like that around my area!

  • i cant believe i dont have this kinda stuff at home......... tht wudv been amazing

  • Females are not capable of becomming a Navy Seal plain and simple. No Females are not smarter then Males they are the same...If they were smarter they would be leading our military and our country and i see none of that.

  • Comment removed

  • SEXIST.

  • Comment removed

  • i admit women r smarter than men but when it comes to training to be a Navy Seal??, save my SN, email me when u pass BUDs, ill send u 300 bucks....i kno its a little low but thats how much i can bet...anyway, u send me proof that ur a Navy Seal?...ill send you 300 dollars, no bullshit. actually u dont even have to send me proof just proof of ur name cuz that shit will come out on the news...ill seriously keep my word....there i gave u some moral support..lol

  • Comment removed

  • swagger...lol

  • Wow. This is awesome. I wish we had something like this at home. It be great for my younger brother. CR7NB12? HOOYAH! Yeah, your a girl, but I think it's great that your'e trying even though it's an 'impossible'. I've been in awe of the SEALs since high school myself. Their amazing.

  • Haha thanks :)

I'd much rather prefer people calling me Noel if you don't mind

  • im really not trying to be a douche but hes got a point how are you going get congress to pass a law or amendent to let females into combat

  • Okay Noel. Let me break it down for you real quick. Women will never be allowed in SOF forces. That's simply the way it is. As of now, women arn't even allowed into direct combat roles, yet alone an SOF component. Why? You say we're sexist? No, were logical. The average candidate that completes BUD/S can do 100+ pushups, 100+ situps, 20+ deadhang pullups, 9:00 500 meter swim, and a 9:00 1.5 run. Achieve that first. (See second comment)...

  • I dont think of it as sexist, yes its a extremely tough situation i'm willing to put myself in. I could care less of what ppl. think. I'm a little girl. I'm nowhere near growing up but all i did was post one comment and it turned into this. I want this i have always had a passion to be a SEAL and that's not up to you to decide if i can or cannot be.

  • Girls cant be SEALS.

  • girls cant fight in wars. we cant afford to have a pms break down in the middle of battle.

  • not all women have PMS breakdowns.

  • yeah not all, but most. I also hate to hurt your feelings but women being SEALs will never happen. No women in any country can be in any combat arms. You should just try civillian BUD/S or something

  • well not only that, their pelvis has lesser bone structure than men. If you're carrying 100 pound loads for long periods of time, their hips are going to break.

  • amen to that.

  • the only country I know that allows females to be in special forces is south korea. And they are badass. Canada allows females to be search and rescue technicians.

  • @808bourn11 its not that....girls have been very effective in combat since WW2....israel has female fighters....the issue is with us men....we cant see a woman die and not stop and feel a sense of pain....its not possible...especially an attractive woman....that is why...and that is the reason stated, its not political, its the fact that people will die due to combat pause....they would be better suited as snipers and in female teams...they can be effective

  • @fireball676 so true

  • @808bourn11 many already are, and many are being raped by their own fellow male comrades......it just sucks, they're out there in danger fighting for freedom and then they're raped

  • @Ahamster1 yeah there are women out there fighting but they are not special operation forces. And yes that is unfortunate they get sexually abused

  • Comment removed

  • im sorry but u girls r watching too many movies. G.I jane was fictional. u can be the butchest woman the beats up guys and u still wont make it, sorry to burst ur bubble.. anyway, John?...good job at training some future candidates for a SEAL team, hopefully 1 or 2 of them will make it..

  • Comment removed

  • like i said go watch GI jane again, thats as close to trying out to be a seal as ur gonna get..lol

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • like i just said im 14. im in training. i know about the "time of the month thing" that may be one reason for that but if u persevre enough, i can probably get through it. i can keep my head im a dancer and i do much much better under pressure.

  • This is exactly where your beloved 'American dream' takes you. Sure, you can be whatever you want, if you are just willing to work hard enough... right? Yeah, it's a dream all right..

  • I never said it was a dream. I never said I'd promise to get there. Its my life I'll live it the way i want to this is what i want to do. i can't think of any other teenager my age or older thats a girl who would want to do this. Be deprived of everything they have and go out there and show their strength to prove to men that yes, women are as strong as them...

  • Don't let all the sexists get ya down. Although it's true that women are currently not allowed to join the SEALs, it's not because they aren't capable. It's due to a rule the pentagon made that disallows women from serving in direct combat roles. There are other things you could do that are challenging such as being a rescue swimmer.

  • I know. and of course yes its not safe for women to be in combat roles and of course a mans first instinct to protect the female or a child instead of a fellow soldier. This is something i've always wanted to do and no matter what i have to do, i want to show people that a female can in fact, become a navy SEAL.

  • CR7NB12

im willing to put money down that you wont make it past indoc even if your GI Jane fantasy does come to life.

  • you know i don't see why you're trying to take me down. its my life and you know what you don't know me, you don't what i'm capable of, so fall back and let me live my life and you live yours...

  • sure, let me know when you single handedly convince congress to allow women to go into combat zones. Let alone a Special Ops team.

  • To be honest with you women are known to have the capability to keep there minds on multiple things. As a SEAL you have to keep your mind on one thing, the mission. The whole team is like a hive mind working in unison. We can't allow anything to screw up concentration. PMSing also can be a problem in the pain and discomfort it can cause woman (So I hear) and that not all meds are 100% guaranteed to help it. If a man has too many things on his mind he gets killed and the mission is fucked.

  • @CR7NB12 you can live your live all you want...just not in the SEAL's

  • not to be mean but dude you dont even know this girl, i mean women are in the marines and thats hard to get into *hint (the few the proud) if they can do that why cant they be a seal?

  • Because Marines have units that are not combat based, whereas the SEALs is nothing but combat. As of right now women are prohibited from joining any combat units ie, infrantry, spec ops, etc. That is why "judyboy42" they can NOT become a SEAL.

Now kindly fuck off because you are retarded.

  • ha. thanks :]

  • just give it up already. find a new dream. Women becoming SEALs will NEVER happen. By the laws of nature. and the law

  • Women can never fight in infantry in any war but women can be come a fighter jet pliot but there are very few of those

  • i believe i said that already. except the fighter pilot point. but you honestly can't compare being a pilot to being a SEAL

  • well no shit and i didnt see your other post so i did not see what you have said

  • Israel has alot of women in their infantry. The sniper with the most confirmed kills in WW2 was a Russian woman, if im not mistaking. I do agree with you though, most women cant pull their weight in the infantry.

  • yeah but there mostly in the reserves.

  • yeah the the sniper with the most confirmed kills was a Russian women

  • yeah, like you really know that. things can change...hopefully for the better.

  • well uh lets see it doesnt take a genius to know that SEALs must deal with adverse climates everyday they work, SEALs must deal with the hardest physical training, lowest living standards and ontop of that meet the enemy face to face in combat. im not saying pilots have it easy but they get the best living standards in the military and they are not in direct threat of enemy fire most of the time. Good luck on waiting for a change that well never happen. if it does it wont be for a long time

  • Marines get the worst living standards lol

  • well what i mean is the over all daily grind of their lifestyle. but yeah marines do get the end of the shitty stick but thats what makes them, well, Marines. Tough and bad ass

  • don't worry dawg i got nothing but love for for the USMC and for the military in general. good luck at boot camp

  • lame, SEALs are the best, everyone knows this, troll somewhere else Marine! Marines = Dept of the Navy son! :D

My Ass Rides In Navy Equipment!

  • the MENS department...

  • marines are part of the navy the mens department of the navy tho

  • @mayhemlee Have to respect every military branch because they are protecting our nations with the specific jobs they are doing. Eventhough You think Navy seals are better and we know that, but got to still respect every type of branch also marines because they are protecting our nation
